Clean and well appointed room, with a nice outlook. Room was quiet (which we had requested)
One of the reception staff wasn't very welcoming nor especially helpful. (The other receptionist was lovely).

Room was excellent, bed was comfortable, plenty of space, reception staff were excellent. Very convenient for the eastern side of the river (e.g. Mirabellplatz and Linzergasse) and not too far to walk for the Altstadt. Breakfast was traditional Central European, with eggs, bread, cold meats and cheeses, accompaniments, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, fruit juice and coffee/tea. Breakfast stayed early on the weekends which was great and much appreciated (7 am).
No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

The room was clean, bathroom was clean. Daily cleaning if the room. Air conditioning worked very well. Quiet neighbourhood.
No fridge.
No iron, no ironing board.
No drinking water provided in the room
No tea or coffee making facility in the room.
No kettle
TV stations are all in Austrian language. TV is not smart Tv hence cannot even watch Netflix or prime TV which made the stay very boring.
Reception closes at 9pm with no receptionist available after 9pm hence no staff available to help after 9pm.
One of the staff by name Gabi was rude and aggressive to a guest who needed help to charge his phone. This experience upset me.
Overall, not a good experience at this hotel stay and I feel let down by booking.com
