Exceptional service

We travel extensively and usually stay at 5 star hotels and resorts but I have to say the service we received at Flockner B&B has exceeded the best of them! It’s the little touches like the warm greetings, to personally delivering the printing or updating the parking discs for the cars parked outside the property. They are located centrally and only 10 minutes from the central train station and 15 minute stroll to the heart of the city. We left feeling like they really cared about their guests and would definitely stay there again when we return the Salzburg

A fabulous short stay in a beautiful B&B with great staff and facilities.

We loved our short stay at Flockner B&B. The spacious room was perfectly appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The old town was a walkable distance, however, we also used the local bus.

Clean, helpful reception. Checkin smooth. Good location. Spacious room. Cooler was available in the room for those who wants the ac feel.

Reception closes after 6pm. But we were told that emergency numbers and people were available at a call. (We didint have any problem)

Definitely a good place to stay during your travels in a very nice and convenient area with great rooms.

A very nice place to stay conveniently near to the train station but also in a good reach to the city center with a charming way to it. The area was also rather quite during the night. The staff was very helpful and friendly, which made our stay so nice. The room itself was very modern and absolutely comfortable with everything you may need for a pleasant stay.

It was clean and easy for 1 night stay. nice breakfast 🙌👌Parking on street.

Room was spacious and minimal, felt a bit like a hospital room though, no vibe. Location to town was a bit far, but we picked this for the car parking as central salzburg have limited parking.

Nice, big and clean family room

The hotel was nice, tidy and clean. The room was spacious and new, including the toilet. The neighborhood was calm and quiet, with a nice park nearby. In a 20-min walk you can reach the main attractions. The buffet breakfast was good as well, with salty and sweet options.

The only 'but' I could say is that the mattress was too firm.

Clean and Comfortable.

Flöckner is about 10 minutes from Salzburg Hbf. It’s an older building, but the rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The owners have taken time and effort to make your stay the best. The owners and staff are very professional and make the time to ask if everything is to your satisfaction during the stay (not at the end) which is a nice touch. I’d recommend Flöckner to anyone travelling to Salzburg.

Excellent short w/end stay!

Great, quiet location. Very nice staff. Excellent breakfast and pictures reflect exactly what can you expect in the room/ hotel. Hotel was is easy to find and park the car. If you don’t mind walking 15 minutes to the old town, this location is for you - of course there was a bus option, but we have enjoyed getting lost in the neighbourhood and admire local architecture and stores.

Everything about this B and B is fantastic. A short walk from Salzburg Hauptbahnhof makes it ideal if you are travelling by train. The rooms are spotlessly clean and very well maintained on a daily basis. But it is the host Martin and his wonderfully friendly and attentive staff that make this place truly exceptional. On top of all that they provide a superb breakfast that would put many a five star establishment to shame. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Family friendly!

The room was very clean and newly renovated and very quiet. They provided a travel crib for my daughter and had a high chair also for us every morning. The breakfast was also very good, eggs cooked how you want each morning! It was only a 10 min walk from the Main train station and an easy 15 minute walk into town.

the non-smoking room reeked of smoke and the staff did not offer any solution. the bottoms floor rooms are close to the main entrance and you could hear people being buzzed in and walking by late at night.

Superb

The breakfast exceeded our expectations from the facility. It is better than most 3-4 star franchise hotel chains. The staff is really nice and friendly. The room we stayed in is spacy. The location of the hotel is very close to the city center and the train station.
