Very nice and clean, very friendly staff

It should have an AC it was super hot in the evening and hard to sleep

The room was clean and spacious. It was nice to have a little table and chairs in the room as well as a fridge. The breakfast was fullfilling and there was a nice coffee machine. I was traveling with my 2 children and they loved being right nextdoor to a beautiful park and playground. Also about a 10-15 walk from the main train station. The hotel also included passes for the local public transportation which was a huge bonus for our family. 2 doors down from the University of Portland study abroad building.

The only areas of improvement would be having a safe for the room to store passports and valuables and a curtain or door for the shower as there seemed to be some water damage around the bathroom.

Great location, very close to train station and walkable to old town and new town. Spacious rooms with great choice for breakfast. Staff was friendly providing recommendations and giving us mozartkugels to taste.

the non-smoking room reeked of smoke and the staff did not offer any solution. the bottoms floor rooms are close to the main entrance and you could hear people being buzzed in and walking by late at night.
