Location was excellent. Rooms were clean with modern furniture. Staff was also very helpful and nice.

The hotel was located in a quiet village with the mountains in the background. Our host was very informative and available to answer questions and make recommendations. Breakfast buffet was very good. Our room was a comfort double with balcony on an upper floor and was huge. New windows. The bathroom was very clean and renovated. Free parking. Public transportation is nearby.
Should have asked for a fluffier pillow. You need to bring your own hairdryer and toiletries. There is nothing else that I didn't like.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room I stayed in was very cozy and recently renovated. Everything was very clean.
Breakfast spread was good, not extremely big, but there was a bit of variation everyday, and everything was delicious.
The position is great, especially if you want to use public transport. There’s a bus stop right there, or the Cogwheel train station which is a 5 minute walk away (both can be used with the Grainau Card, which is free for guests).

The hotel was cozy & quiet. Closed to many restaurants with 1 or 2,minutes walking distance. The staffs were excellent. Very helpful & courtesy. Definitely will come back here again 🥰👍!
