A Frustrating and Exhausting Stay

The only thing I liked about the hotel was how close it was to our future apartment.

Despite confirming early check-in with Booking.com, no room was available when we arrived. Eventually, the hotel offered us a temporary room to wait in, but the toilet in that room wasn’t working. We spent hours going back and forth between the hotel and Booking.com, and it took until 3 p.m. to finally get our rooms, six hours after our arrival. The rooms themselves were uncomfortably warm, with no air conditioning. We had to leave both our door and the corridor windows open overnight just to get some airflow. Service was virtually non-existent, and the support we received was far below acceptable standards. Frankly, I don’t believe this hotel should even be listed on Booking.com.

Overall, I recommend ot to anyone who wants to spend a few nights in a clean, quiet environment.

Its a quiet, calm place. The highway is very close and the Shoppi Tivoli is only 1 minute far from the Hotel.

The mattress on the bed was too soft and uncomfortable for me but thats my problem 😁

Comfi place to a fair price for Zürich area. But you woudl need a car as not much apart from some shopping malls burger king etc are around. If you wish to eat decently you would need to go to the village or the surrounding cities with a car

For the price in Zurich, very worth it.

Very clean place, easy to check in, comfortable stay. Free parking is definitely a plus for the city as many hotels charge 25CHF or more per night just for parking.

There was no temperature regulation system as a whole - so it got quite hot and we only had a fan which wasn't sufficient to regulate the temperature during a hot summer day.

-The entry code sent to us was wrong and we were blocked at the front door. Call to the staff didn't work as he said he will call us back! Fortunately other hotel guests arrived in few minutes and we could enter with their help. -Not enough coffee capsules were provided in the room

Decent price, good facilities, free parking a real bonus

Have everything automated was a little strange, but it worked fine. The room had everything we needed, bed was comfortable and it was all very clean. Shower was not well designed.

Big step up into tub, with no grab rail and shower partition does not stop water from splashing out on to floor of bathroom.
