The worst!!!

Nothing!!

They charged me for the shelf that felt alone! The lobby Smelling like marijuana. The worst service I have received in some hotel also, the staff very unpolite e rude! I am super disappointed. DONT STAY!!!!

To be honest, I don't know.

The bed was super super squeaking, my girlfriend needed a hair dryer and took hours to deliver to the room. The parking lot IS NOT FREE. You have to pay 1.50 Franc per hour, it should be included with the stay at the hotel a Hilton hotel is not that cheap either. I was a little surprised. The line at the receptionist was insane long. I was really surprised because it was at 10pm there were more staff around only 1 was at the receptionist 🤦🏽‍♂️ wow. Anyways, the Breakfast at IKEA was really good and the train station are like 2 min walk. 👌🏽

A very comfortable stay with excellent breakfast and friendly staff — I’ll definitely return!

The room was very comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was excellent — a great variety and everything was delicious. The staff were kind and very helpful, which made the stay even better.

The only small downside was that there was no kettle in the room, even though there were cups and coffee provided. It would be great to have one next time. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

Hilton Garden Inn Limmattal did not meet expectation

Location, reception staff

(1) Dirty carpets in the room and in common areas. (2) They charged me extra CHF 25 by giving the room a little before 3.00 pm check in time. (3) They did not even provide complimentary water bottles on the first day when people entered the room and looked for water to drink. (4) Coffee cremes in the room were not refilled on regular basis, we had to call reception desk and / or see reception and had to collect coffee cremes.

I liked the entire atmosphere! Everyone was very kind and helpful. Especially the Polish team! You guys were amazing. The facilities were clean and tidy. I will definitely be back soon.

Nice place for relaxing.

The room was clean and cozy, making my stay thoroughly enjoyable. Conveniently situated near public transportation, the hotel's accessibility enhanced my overall experience. Moreover, I particularly enjoyed the views from the rooms, adding an extra layer of pleasure to my stay.

There were no major issues to report, though if I were to be strict, I would note the absence of slippers and toothbrushes in the room.

Nice personnel. Hotel entry just at tram stop. Space.

Cleaning during breakfasts- horrible crowd and no cleaning service. All dirty dishes at tables. It happened at one of my 3 days. Cleaning of corridors around rooms left a lot of litters. Open rooms not cleaned after last customers for 24 hours. You are exposed to all the demolition all over the day. It is visible there is no enough staff.

The following things such as: 1. The rooms was too hot and cannot stay in the room. 2. The hotel provide portable fans to avoid hot weather and still the air in the room hot. 3. The hotel confirm with AC technician that there was technical issue with the AC and still they couldn’t solve it. 4. Most of the stuff we’re unfriendly. 5. Cleaning of rooms not sufficient. 6. Hotel charge fees on bed sheet if that to be changed before completing 5 days and no hotel did it before.
