Good stay in a not central location

Good breakfast and a nice breakfast area. Night curtains both on the outside and on the inside.

Location is a bit far out from Zürich but you pay for what you get. No AC. Toilet door is going outwards wich takes space from the room.

Good, but could be better

Extremely kind customer service by the receptionist, very helpful at all times. Clean rooms and premises, parking facilities are convenient.

Facilities are way too basic even for a 3 star. No tea/coffee in the room, no mini fridge, no telephone to call the reception. Strictly minimalist, I'd call it a 2-star+ not really 3-star hotel, for the price we paid.

Best stuff experience

The stuff are the best in this hotel. We had to reschedule the dates for the stay and the receptionist Diana did everything(contacting the manager, contacting booking support etc) just to help us and she was very kind when we checked in the other day. The room is new, clean and spacious. There was free parking in private garage which was really good.

The rooms where very nice and quite large I thought. I really liked the balcony.

Unfortunately the walls are a little thin so we regrettably over heard the couple next door having a little fun. The rooms where nice but unfortunately a little cold.

Not value for money-price too high with low service..No coffee facilities in the room; not even a single sachet of coffee or tea or sugar in the room in a cold winter weather..jeez! No bar fridge or single glass cup to drink water.

Clean, modern hotel just outside of Zurich. close to an IKEA where we had meatballs for dinner. Underground parking. Good shower and fairly comfortable bed. No frills. Basic and contemporary. Very nice staff.

worth the price

very nicely located when friendly staffs. everything is so close - Zurich airport, Zurich, Baden. all in the proximity of 10-20 mins of drive.

maybe it was a ventilation issue but the room smelt a lot like cigarette smokes even when no one smoked inside or outside. we woke up in the morning feeling a bit suffocated by that.
