We love this hotel in every way. We have stayed here several times. The desk staff is friendly, helpful and always smiling! The rooms are modern, comfortable and very accommodating The bed is very comfortable. Bathrooms are clean.

A fairly nice hotel and apartment.

We love the room size, layour, amenities and cleanliness. The hotel has its own underground parking and check-in was quick and easy.

Very nice stay

Loved the room layout: very useful to have separate bedrooms connected by one kitchen. Rooms are spacious and we had 3 bathrooms, which was great. We were also provided with a baby bed. And having underground parking was super convenient. Location is great too, many supermarkets around

Large double rooms. Nice size seating/sofa bed area. Facilities nice and clean. The staff were incredibly friendly. Best service received by a hotel staff ever.

Very clean, nice and comfortable room. Good breakfast.

Although in the room details it says 1 king bed, we were given 2 twin beds which is not a big deal so we didn’t bother to change. Also, we asked the staff somewhere to eat dinner and they told us that the food court is open till 10pm in the mall although we asked multiple times, however it was closed already when we went there.

Convenient location to mall and trains

It wasn't mentioned that there's 2 Harry's home locations in Zurich and even the time we booked this hotel. so we went all the way to the other area (approx 2hrs drive) and took a cab heading to this location. Housekeeping is so so, we hardly get new toilet papers and other refills. We even lost our shoebox and housekeeping assumed it was a trash.

Value for money in Zurich, ok location, quite clean.

Not comfortable for busy businesspeople. Only 2 sachets of tea in a room and 2 paper cups for all the stay; iron in the laundry room not getting refilled; laundry room missing proper facilities; parking garage lights not working on a one-lane curvy entrance to the park, so you drive at own risk; A/C not working in the room; after the room cleaning some pieces of unknown hair found here and there in the room, incl. shower and bed; terrace downstairs where guests are speaking loud till late night, so cannot open windows.

Great stay!

Everything was clean and new. Curtains were dark, the bed was nice, so we slept really well! The bathroom was big and the furniture was really nice. Very big shower as well! Also the curtain between bathroom and bedroom makes the room more cozy.

You can hear almost everything from the rest of the visitors on the hallway when you are in your own room.

Für einen Kurztrip ist es hier sehr schön und praktisch

Direkt am Shoppi Tivoli, 3 min Fußweg zur Bahn. Zürich ist quasi ums Eck, Personal sehr freundlich. Parkgarage vorhanden. Zimmer kann man komplett abdunkeln. Sehr ruhige Zimmer.

Tiefgarageneinfahrt umständlich zu finden, man weiß da unten auch gar nicht, wo die Türe ist zum rauskommen, fehlende Wegweiser. Leider keine Getränke auf dem Zimmer.

Angenehm, ruhiges Businesshotel

Ein ruhiges Hotel, ideal gelegen ohne Rambazamba. Ideal mit Vaipiano und migrolino. Man könnte beim letzten Stück der Verbindung vom Shoppi Tivoli zum Hotel noch mehr Licht und den Wegweiser ausbauen. Schön wäre es bei der Gartentpr noch das Harry Home Logo anzubringen. Nach dem ersten Besuch weiss man es. Vorher sucht man hilflos nach dem Weg
