Bery bad stay not worth the price

Decent accomodations, but hot at night.

The room was mostly comfortable and would be good for a long term stay. One restaurant near by.

There was no air conditioning, so it was not comfortable for sleeping on a day where the high was about 85f. No coffee maker. The "key" was on my phone, and there was no way to get another "key" for my husband.

Lovely location and clean hotel

The location is right near a tramp station so suitable to travel around. It was also walking distance to a few places to eat. The room was also a good size.

No staff around after check in. WiFi had issue and it was difficult to get resolved.

Extremely poor communication and zero customer service. Impossible to check in initially.

Rooms were ok.

Self checkin was a nightmare. Took 2 hours. Nobody to contact. Hilton next door said they know it’s terrible because a lot of people go to them when they can’t get in/check in. No door on toilet, TV and remote didn’t work in two rooms, air con didn’t work, only one key per room on your own phone. No response to emails or message. Did respond to WhatsApp. Very poor indeed.

Good for tech

This place is completely unmanned and you get everything online, we could manage. However, there is no support either by phone or email, key codes are one time use and they did not issue two key codes for one of the rooms, causing lot of stress and issue of not checking out.

Terrible services

Location

Internet connection was terrible and non-functional. No air conditioning is available and only a very tiny window can be opened. So the room was extremely stuffy and hot. Especially if the kitchen was used. The room was not at all equipped. 1 spoon, 2 water cups and 1 plate. The cleaning team did not restock basic items e.g. tissue paper, and garbage disposable bags. We reached out to the receptionist several times on these topics. In the end, the air-conditioning system was NOT fixed, and minimal kitchen supplies were provided ( extra fork and knife, extra plate). Internet was NOT fixed so Hilton hotel guest wifi was used but it was not as strong as it is from the neighbouring hotel.

Never going again

It was the worst experience ever, I have paid online,cheked in online and when we arrived firstly we couldn’t activate the card,we stayed outside with our 2 year old child for 1 hour because noone opened the phone,when they answered they sent us to a room that wasn’t cleaned yet,than changed the room and again it wasn’t what we paid for…I would not recomend to anyone Please careful when you do a reservation even if you ask for a baby crib they do not have but they won’t tell you till you go there..

they disn t give me the digital keys or the code for the app to obtain them after I checked in online also no one was answering. Luckly a lady at the reception of the hilton hotel that is in the back of the buildong helped us, if not we would have needed to book anotger hotel. Vey poor communication.

The noise at night of people who where downstairs in cafe/bar area. The walls/windows are too thin and the whole noise on both nights was unacceptably loud.

Not recommended, take your money elsewhere.

Washing machine and dryer were available although the dryer wasn't able to dry the clothes well. Toilet was OK and clean. Room had OK air conditioning.

The host was NOT RESPONSIVE AT ALL. Cooking utensils were incomplete, we didn't even have proper cooking ware, plates and cups. Nobody bothered to reply us or help us during the stay. The parking was super expensive which added on to this unpleasant stay. There was also no coffee or tea provided. No kettle as well. It's just a place to sleep.
