Wonderful location in the heart of Interlaken

The location was amazing, very close to both train stations and the centre of Interlaken. The room was massive, lots of blankets to keep you cosy and the outside patio was lovely. Stunning views of the mountains from every window. The room was very clean and comfortable. Air con/heating unit was simple to use and worked well. It was an enjoyable stay and a great base for venturing up the mountains.

I didn't like that the private bathroom was down the corridor, that wasn't specified clearly enough on booking. (It was literally 5 steps away, however you had to pass other rooms and you really didnt want to get caught in your pjs or towel by a stranger) Going to the bathroom in the middle of the night with your child felt uneasy. You can't just get a class of water without having to get appropriately dressed. This was my only grumble, everything else was amazing. Thank you 😊

The family room is very cozy and spacious and the quality of the breakfast is great.

The family room is very spacious, the location of this hotel is also good, just about 10minutes walk from Interlaken West station. The breakfast lady is very friendly and the bread she baked is fantastic! The quality of the breakfast was amazing. I would recommend this hotel if you plan to stay nearby Interlaken West station.

The bathroom is outside the bedroom, just a bit inconvenient, but it is still private bathroom, so we are fine. There is no lift, so may be a bit trouble if the luggage is big to carry up to third floor. However, the staff was very kind and helped us carry the luggage up. So, I am thankful for his service. Basically this two point were not really matter. Overall, i still love this hotel and I will likely to choose again if I come back to Interlaken next time.

The room was very spacious and had a great view of the town from the balcony. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were excellent — they kindly stored our luggage and even took it up for us while we explored. The location was very convenient and the breakfast was good value. The only downside was that there are no elevators, so carrying luggage up three flights of stairs was quite difficult

Last day for use the lady taking care of breakfast was super rude with us breakfast variety is poor and the pillows are not comfortable but overall experience was lovely

It’s expensive for what you get.

Staff very friendly, easy to self check in. They gave us a bus card.

The shower head is terrible. The water stream very pointy and it even hurts to take a shower. Breakfast has very few options, especially protein options. The bed sheets were a bit itchy the first night. The heater is on at all times, you cant control it. It makes the room warm which is good but sometimes too warm. It’s not close to either train stations in reality, Interlaken Ost or West. It’s a 15 minute walk to anywhere, stations, city center etc. No elevator, but we were in the first floor so that wasn’t a major issue.

tiny room, huge price

- Good location, - easy check-in and check-out without having to rely on office hours - bed was comfortable - nice pillows - nice shower - I was there for business, so I didn't care for Interlaken as such

- the tiny 12m2 room was very small. Good to sleep and then leave, but nothing else. - WAY too expensive for what you get - room looks much bigger on online pictures (wide lens used) - breakfast is ok, but nothing special - I was there for for two nights, didn't see any hotel staff at all (which can be seen as both good or bad)

Cute and cozy stay, breakfast included, very close to town

Close to each train station (~8 min walk to Interlaken West, ~20 to Interlaken Ost) right near Hohematte park which is in the center of the town and the shops. The continental breakfast in the morning was good (eggs, toast, yogurt, fruit, coffee, etc.)

Our air conditioning unit kept leaking which they fixed immediately once we informed them. It then made a rattling noise when it kicked on, which they also immediately resolved. Great turn around.

Perfect hotel location, clean and very hospitable staff. The breakfast was so good as well.

The owner Jan n wife provided all the information we need before and after we check in. Property is just about 8min walk from interlaken train/bus terminal. The breakfast and all the staff were very helpful. Do not hesitate to book this property,everything in our stay all provided. You can also leave your luggage after our 8:09 check out. I will come back here again and will recommend this hotel to the people we know. To the owner and the entire team, big salute and thanks to all.

Confortable stay in a great location

Great location, away from the busy centre but only a short walk to access. Always very clean. Having a garden to be able to sit out in. The resident cat!

Quiet location a short walk from Interlaken town centre

Quiet location near the town, a 10 minutes walk from Interlaken West and 20 minutes from Interlaken Ost. Rooms were basic as expected but had air conditioning, which was the main reason for booking and is exceptional for Switzerland I understand. The weather was very warm so we were grateful for this! Communication was excellent with owner regarding our stay. The garden was beautiful and a nice place to meet up when not in our rooms. We found the continental breakfast options sufficient but others might like more hot options. Nice coffee machines in the rooms. Jan and his wife have recently taken over the hotel and we found him responsive and helpful when we needed assistance, such as not being able to use the main self-check in machine. We saw other guests having the same issue. It was easy to do check-in inside at the reception machine however. We had an issue with not being able to open the safe and he came over in the evening to locate the master code, which luckily worked since our passports were inside! We would happily stay at this hotel again and wish Jan and the team well with this venture 😊

Some of the air con units made loud, intermittent noises even when off which interrupts one's sleep. Unsure if the ground floor double room for two people was incorrectly allocated to me and my husband, as it was tiny with a sink in the room rather than the en-suite. This wasn't clear on the booking so I would have raised this had we not booked 5 rooms and swapped for a larger double with my son on the first floor, this room was perfect for us. The toilet seat was loose, unsure if the cleaning staff had made Jan aware. We didn't like the pillows at all but this might be a personal preference. Beds were comfortable however.

Spacious room for 4 of us, very clean and breakfast included is always a great bonus. Close to the city centre and easy self check-in.

Good continental breakfast options (veggie for me) They offered to scramble eggs for my husband which was very kind Ramona was very helpful and explained to us based on the weather how we could plan the 3 days in Interlaken and Jungfrau.

The owner/ hotel staff gent was sat in the breakfast room being "observant" of us - which was just awkward as we got up to help ourselves with food and drinks.

Great home base in Interlaken. Family run hotel with very nice staff.

Perfect home base in Interlaken while visiting the surrounding mountains. 10 minute walk to Interlaken West train and about 20 minutes' walk to Interlaken OST. Both very accessible by foot and with luggage. We were in a quad room which was perfect for our family of 4 (two boys 9 and 10). 1 king bed and bunks.
