very friendly and helpful staff, perfect location just steps way from everything as far as shops, restaurants ect., room with a view of the Jungfrau, excellent breakfast, and free coffee and cake in the afternoon, free parking

Absolute gem of a place - our favourite on our 8day trip around Switzerland

Breakfast was very well laid out and tasty - best was the portion/jars... less wastage and mess Room - the family room with the connected room was ideal for our family of 4 Location - short 7-8mins walk from the Interlaken West train station, buses at the doorstep

Amazing breakfast John was great

John was very attentive loved how he was running a tight ship. Everything was clean and organised and running on time. Breakfast was beautiful was nice to be able to fill up before entering expensive Switzerland. Food loved their eggs. Florentine loved how they served cake and coffee complementary throughout the day beautiful view from the hotel room.

Very enjoyable and scenic.

Room was very nice and clean. Basic in a good way as you get what you pay for. They cleaned it and changed the sheets/refilled the coffee every day when I was out, and the staff were very friendly and chatty whenever I went past. A very friendly atmosphere, I solo travelled but great for families too. I didn't have the breakfast or dinner but that looked good too.

Breathtaking views, excellent staff and wonderful stay

The Hotel staff were very friendly. This is a father daughter run hotel and they are doing very well. They greet you nicely, there is free cake and coffee in the lounge area from 2 till 6 in winters. The breakfast was great. The location is absolutely beautiful. Just get a mountain view room. Worth paying the extra.

Bathroom size is a bit small and no water bottles are given.

Short stay at Interlaken

Super nice staff, great breakfast and they do have an afternoon tea break with cake from 3pm to 6pm. The mountain view from our room was superb too.

You can't control the aircon even though there is one in the room which is kind of weird from where I came from. :/

Absolutely loved the hotel and the incredibly kind and helpful staff.

Loved everything about the property, inside and out. The two part bathroom was very convenient for three women. The patio had a fantastic view of the Alps.

The staggered floors made it a bit confusing to walk the stairs but we always knew how to find the elevator!

Nice, big room. Well thought-out with everything needed. Staff were lovely. Location was central, but on a quiet street. Breakfast was good.

It’s simple, but has everything you need. Just pricey, but compared to other Interlaken hotels, it was cheaper.

Decent location and has a car park

The walls are very thin and you can hear everything. The shower goes hot to cold all the time. If you have a level above you all you will hear is stomping all night and morning. Breakfast made me sick (stomach) so I could not eat it.

The worst hotel of my life!

The worst hotel of my life! I booked a "family room" in a hotel with a view of 538.70 francs, and gave them a chalet full of stale smells. It said it could be moved by elevator, but gave a single-story remote house away from a hotel where a lawn mower roamed. Reserved an air-conditioned 'family room' but 4 dainty mini fans covered in dust are running noisily There is a 'safety deposit box' in the room But let alone the safe, all three window curtains in the chalet are so visible from the outside what they're doing inside the see-through that it's safe and the distance stops There are too many bugs inside the chalet and I asked them to change it because it wasn't a room I reserved, but they brought bug repellent spray and suddenly sprayed it saying it smells like "orange" and made me say Korean swear word "sipal." The hotelier named after the main character of the musical 'King's Boots' upgraded his room by giving him a chalet like a dormitory and pretended to be kind to check out at 11 o'clock by 12 o'clock (Even if you give me money and tell me to stay longer, I don't have it!) Today is the last day of my trip to Switzerland, and the Interlaken Beausite Hotel has messed up the happy journey of 7 nights and 8 days Don't just decorate the exterior of the hotel, but be honest like a hotelier Hotel Beausite, you really moved me to write a review like this for lazy me. I compliment you!

Superb stay

This was the best hotel that I stayed in during my whole trip to Europe. The beds were super comfortable. They even set up a crib for my kid. The front desk staff and the restaurant staff were very friendly. I have to specifically mention Ms. Daisy - she checked us in and was super informative and friendly. My toddler loved talking to her and he used to wait to see if she’s around when we returned from our outings. The food was simply superb. There were a lot of variety and it tasted awesome. The location was good as well. Walkable distance to interlaken west station. There’s a bus stop nearby as well. The view from my window simply breathtaking. They have a small garden in front and offer free cakes and tea too after noon.

Breakfast was very nice especially rice and curry not expected. Selection of egg recipes are appreciable. Swiss cheese and other continental selections are appreciable. Air conditioning during the summer time. Cleanliness and friendly staff.

Magical place in Interlaken

We had a full on view of the Jungfrau from our second floor room and I honestly think it’s probably the best view I’ve ever had in a hotel room anywhere in all my life, and I’ve stayed in many hotels. The room itself was spotless and comfortable although the furnishings are not recent. There was a small fridge which we used to keep some fruit cool, and a safe, and a powerful shower in the bathroom with a selection of toiletries. We appreciated the complimentary coffee and cake each afternoon which was especially welcome when we arrived. John is an ever present delight in the hotel, bringing drinks, answering enquiries, greeting people, and giving advice. He showed us the giant cowbell and rang it for us. Even the lift was wonderful, small but so efficient! This is a traditional hotel which is full of charm and I loved my stay there and consider us lucky to have come across it.
