Perfect place to stay on the Rhine Cycle Path
Andernach is a really nice place to stay. We were cycling along the Rhein Radweg. The host was very friendly and helpful. the whole place was really clean. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great.

Lovely stay and excellent customer service across from the Rhine
Panorama Hotel Rheinkrone was a lovely stay near the Rhine in Andernach. First off, the staff were wonderful and the customer service was excellent. The room was large and had everything we needed including a fan. In the evening, there was a nice breeze and we opened the window with the curtains closed. With the fan, we were very comfortable. The room was very clean had nice places to set luggage. I also enjoyed the art throughout the halls. The location is excellent and just across the street from a walking and bike path and the Rhine. We enjoyed walking and running on the paths. Andernach is just on the other side of the hotel and we enjoyed the restaurants, gelato, and shops in town. From Andernach, we visited the area by train including Koblenz and Castle Eltz. The hotel is a short 15 minute walk from the train station. It was such a great value for the cost. All was wonderful and we had such a lovely stay!

Wonderful hospitality and a breakfast feast.
The owner, Kumar, was a wonderful host. He helped us with our room and storage for our bicycles. Breakfast was a feast - yoghurt, granola, fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, breads, omelettes, pastries, freshly baked croissants, fruit juices, coffee, tea, juices.

Disappointing experience
The hotel is placed close to the Rhine in cozy Andernach
Had promised a baby bed, was not there at arrival. Appartment was actually 2 smaller appartments, where you will not let your kids sleep alone in one of them. Steep stairs up to the appartment. No refrigerator in appartment. Very warm place in Summer time with no A/C.

wrong information in their website „Apartment“ with 2 single beds but in the description it said 2x French Queensize beds and 2x single beds also the room was not for 6x people only for 4x and the pictures are not clearly the room that they give!!! it’s completely different type of room and it was horrible
