Breakfast very good. Room was large and comfortable.

Room should have been heated before our arrival.

Overall the "Stilvoll" impressed with friendly staff and good breakfast. Particular impressive has been the very fast response to an issue we raised basically within minutes i recceived back a call from the owner and the staff tried to find a solution. This has been particular impressive as i mailed the probleme to a very general e-mail adress instead of directly calling someone. As "Andernach" is really small the location was very good, but not a distinction to any other hotel in the area. The check-in process was cleverly designed automateed in a manner that timing was not problem.

Where a good side is, there is a bad side as wel; 1. In our bathroom there had been trouble with the sanitary installment, such that fementation gases from the canalization came back up. It smelled disgusting. Although staff tried to fix it with checmicals, this did only bring relief for a few hours. 2. The service was friendly but very loud. When i asked that the service would use my credit card which has been used to guarantee the reservation, they explained me very longish that this would not work because than they would need to wait. Although i said okay and agreed to pay via another credit card directly at the check out, the service kept on explaining what the problem was and kept talking. Again overall very firendly service, but sometime could not read the moment very good. 3. Data protection has been vague - asking loudly in the room of room XYZ with guest XYZ will come to breakfast or not, seems to be no real problem, but indicates a missing / lacking respect which i personally looking for in a hotel. 4. Let's discuss the price: Again a very clean, small hotel with friendly staff, but 125€ incl. breakfast a night seems very competitive. for a rather small room which did not even include a bottle of water. I enjoyed the stay, but in bigger cities you receive similiar priced deals at higher ranked hotels with more exclusive service. I am in doubt that this price can be fully reasoned - it seems overall fair at the higher end of the range.

spotty wifi availability; noisy street cleaning; no parking available (parking at nearby garage for 6€/day); narrow staircase with rooms on 3 floors but no elevator

Das Frühstück im Fingerly war für die Leistung überteuert (19,90€), dafür war die Auswahl begrenzt, das Brot/Brötchen mit schlechter Qualität.

Eine sehr individuelle und besondere Ausstattung. Sehr freundlicher Service, das Frühstück klasse. Inhaber sehr sympathisch.

Keinerlei Beanstandung

Die Lage direkt am Marktplatz, das freundliche Personal und ein modernes Zimmer, mit allem, was man braucht. Und das zu einem sehr guten Preis.

Zimmer sauber, schlicht und funktional. Zugang über Code hat funktioniert. Zimmerschlüssel steckten an der zimmertür.

Frühstück für 20 Euro ist mir in dieser Kategorie noch nicht vorgekommen. Fühlte sich an wie eine AirBnb-Unterkunft; hatte kein „Hotel-Gefühl“.

Schönes sauberes Zimmer, frisch renoviert!

Frühstück für 19,90 Uhr war schlecht! Ich würde dieses Hotel unter den Umständen des nicht includierten Frühstücks voraussichtlich nicht wieder buchen!
