Unexpected and delightful surprise.

Location good - view of the Rhine fantastic. Breakfast excellent. The restaurant food and service was much better than a typical hotel restaurant. The hotel was a last minute booking and was a really positive surprise and very good value for money.

Location, fantastic panoramic roof top restaurant, friendly, helpful staff, super breakfast

If there were three things I would suggest to the hotel it would 1. Provide a kettle and cups, not necessarily the tea or coffee just the facility to be able to make a hot drink. 2. There was body shampoo provided but would be a nice touch for the ladies to have hair shampoo & conditioner provided too, 3. A small room fridge

Great location, breakfast and staff was very helpful

Great hotel.for.my needs. It was locted near were my parents grew up. Very close to the inner city shops and restaurants. The sky bar was a great location to meet my family and have a few drinks. My only concern was the fan in the room did not work.and was a little warm in the early evenings.

Its a very beautiful property located at a very nice location just facing the Rhine river. The top floor panoramic restaurant has an amazing view with good food and drink options. The room was also nice with nice view and all basic facilities except the small refrigerator. Breakfast was also very good.

There is nothing to dislike, I would have preferred a small fridge/refrigerator in the room rest everything was good.

staff is utterly insufficient 4 of us waited 40min till check in staff popped up. at anytime there only 1 person, Doug it all, bar breakfast check in and they seem unaware of basic level of hospitality etiquette such as saying sorry for making us wait. same in morning , got to queue to check out till someone wants to attend the check out booth. if you aim at retired guest with plenty of time fine, but you are utterly incompetent at attending business guest

Good hotel in a great location for business travelers

Room was ample with nice blueprint. The restaurant has a great view on the Rhine. The lobby of the hotel with sculptures

The process for parking in the garage is cumbersome: one needs to leave the car somewhere (e.g. at front of the hotel door), do the check-in, register the car plate, then go back to the car and drive into the garage.

The view was Perfect

I have booked with river view but they gave me a room with partial river view after discussing they have change it . The breakfast is very very Poor you pay 140 Euro for nothing. I give 1 star no more

Good

The location is very good and we had a room with an excellent view over the river Rhein.

The hotel is quite new and suffer from some starting up problems. The heating system did not function in our room (it was 11 degree outside) and we got a new room, but also here we diid not get a lot of 'heat' but it was better than the first one. Another issue was the temperature of the water in the shower - it was not freezing cold but not warm either.

Excellent location. View of the Rhein. Lovely walk to the old town. Pleasant staff. Lovely Sky Lounge with view over Rhein. Hotel very new.

Room very small. Shower /bathroom not separate - within the bedroom. No shower door so floor got wet. NO Soap/shampoo etc. 3 coat hangers and one short rail for hanging clothes. and no wardrobe. I would have expected more for a 4 Star. (The photo on your Website of Hotel is incorrect ) I have attached pic of hotel).

Solide aber steigerungsfähig

Ich kenne das Hotel schon lange und hab auch schon öfters hier übernachtet, es ist grundsolide und schön eingerichtet.

Auf den Zimmern gibts keine Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher oä.... das ist schade. Ansonsten sind die Preise in der "Sky-Lounge" mittlerweile sehr ausladend geworden (Weizen 0,5 für 6,90€ und Heineken 0,25 (!) für 4,50€), kein Wunder, dass die dann leider schon um 21:30h am Samstag Abend schließen, somit viel der eingeplante Absacker-Cocktail leider aus.... Das Frühstück entschädigt aber dafür. Ich habe nur die Paprika im Rührei nicht verstanden ? Was soll das ?
