Charming, welcoming and spotlessly clean.
Breakfast was a very generous and comprehensive continental style offering with a wide range of meats, cheeses, prepared and in-shell egg, fruit, waffles accompanied by good quality juice or coffee. Location was good - easy to access coming into the town off the motorway and just a few minutes walk from the Centre and the river. Good tourist information, including in English. Our room was a generous space, spotlessly clean despite the age of the building, which was all of a piece with the overall charm and ambience. Facilities for ho drinks preparation appreciated, as were good blacout curtains at the window. Clear instructions re check-in times, a warm welcome and a carpark made it a great stopover choice. I would certainly return if travelling in the area again.
Our room didn't have much of a view - it looked out onto a roof area. That meant it was quieter than rooms that faced the street, though.

Good place for bicycle travelers that want to be close to town

Description was a room out back but ours was to the front. During the night loud people woke us up multiple times.

Pefect place for bikers.
The host is very friendly. The location is perfect—close to restaurants and markets. If you're traveling with a bicycle, this is the ideal place to stay, as there's a large space on the ground floor for storage.

Clean and attractive property, run in a very friendly fashion, which is extremely well located,
Personable, friendly and professional proprietor greeted us and explained everything well. He later introduced his family to us, and they continued the very friendly reception we felt we were receiving. Rooms were serviced well.
Perhaps darker curtains next time of refurbishment, as the sun's light fills the room very early.

Small family hotel in the centre of the old town
rooms are simple and clean with comfortable beds. there is no traffic in the lane.
there is a pub on the ground floor, so the level of noise will vary from night tonight. There is no reception, only a door to the owners apartment with a big sign private but no bell. To talk to somebody in the morning I had to go outside the building and ring which felt like disturbing them.
