Außergewöhnlich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Hilfsbereite Unterstützung für Wanderbedürfnisse (Wasser etc.). Abendessen auf der Terrasse in gemütlicher Atmosphäre.
Ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre toll.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön am Rhein gelegen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, sogar mit Wintergarten. Das Personal war sehr nett, denn es gab Probleme mit meinem Schlüssel.
Ich hatte mich bei der Wärme auf das Zimmer mit Balkon gefreut. Allerdings musste ich mir diesen mit meinem Nachbarzimmer teilen und dieses Ehepaar nutzte den Balkon zum Rauchen. Außerdem musste ich am nächsten Morgen beruflich nach Andernach, was auf der anderen Rheinseite ist, ohne eine Brücke in der Nähe. Ich habe mich geärgert, dass bokking.com mir das Hotel bei meiner Suchanfrage vorgeschlagen hat.
