Exceptional service

An exceptionally warm welcome making a big fuss of my partner on his birthday. We were greeted by the car to bring the luggage in and served a welcome drink, some savoury bites and a small birthday cake. The room was beautiful and spacious. The large bath was very comfortable.

Pampered at hotel Purs in lovely historic Andernach

Excellent service, spacious luxurious room, great food, central location in Andernach, free private parking and WiFi

With only one person at reception, check in took a while. We were made comfortable with drinks and finger food while we waited for other guests to check in. We were fine with the wait, but some guests after us were complaining about it.

one of the best hotel experiences ever had

everything is great. staff is amazing, superfriendly. they also helped us to find a table for dinner (on Saturday night it was complicated). the hotel, design, atmosphere - all is perfect! it absolutely worth this money

As close to perfect as it gets

The architecture & design, service, breakfast and dinner - all exceptional, truly a bliss. Especially dinner of course, with 2 Michelin stars, left nothing to be desired. The room was luxurious and spacious with great amenities and attention to detail.

The room was too warm and trying to adjust temperature didn't change anything. The location is a little "out of the beaten track" - for us it was fine as we were on our way to Moseltal.

Ein extrem gepflegtes und gehobenes Ambiente. Kulinarisch sehr besonders (auch wenn wir nur Ü/F hatten) Wir kommen wieder um zu dinnieren.

Die Anfahrt erfolgt über verwinkelte und tw enge Gassen - das Auto sollte nicht zu groß sein- kostenloser Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Aber es lohnt sich.

Das Hotel ist außergewöhnlich; stimmige Kunstobjekte, wunderschön eingerichtet sowohl die Zimmer als auch Lounge, Bar und Restaurant. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Purer Luxus, aber dennoch lässig und unaufdringlich.
