Almost Everything.

The same story. Like the other hotels I have been to, the towels are smelling very bad. I suggest to use some perfumed detergent.

Disappointing

When I entered the room the temperature was around 15°C. I've been sick for two days and I haven't had any assistance from the staff: they refused to help me when I was feeling bad and I risked to faint. In addition, I had to pay the breakfast in advance, but I wasn't able to take it on the last day as I was sick: they refused to reimbourse It (14.5 €, quite a lot for the food offer).

no lift, old interior, parking around the hotel is limited, we have to go to another parking place.

Very comfortable room and bed. Price is really competitive. Restaurant is very good for bot dinner and breakfast.

The TV was basically just in German. Maybe an upgrade to a SmartTV is necessary.

Tasty, fresh continental breakfast. Flexibile, fast, polite and friendly personal. Quiet, garden environment, near to the city center also to a motorway junction. Excellent view to the Rhein-coast.

Ausstattung im Zimmer, nur eine Sitzgelegenheit. Bei Ankunft erfahren dass das Restaurant und die Bar geschlossen haben (Kriterium für die Reservierung). Abbruch nach einer Nacht. Voller Preis wurde abgerechnet.

tolle Lage direkt am Rhein, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, das kontaktlose Einchecken völlig unproblematisch, große Zimmer mit Blick auf den Rhein, sehr schönes großes Badezimmer, große Auswahl beim Frühstück, sehr guter Kaffee, freundlicher Service, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

De prijs en de kwaliteit verhouding klopt niet, de prijs is te hoog en de vriendelijkheid te laag.

Een goede locatie, een kamer met een klein balkon met uitzicht op de rijn. In het restaurant geen uitgebreide kaart maar prima te eten.

Zeer onvriendelijke ontvangst. Je moet eerst afrekenen voordat je de kamer ook maar even gezien hebt dat moest omdat het anders s 'morgens te druk was. Bij het uitchecken waren wij de volgende ochtend de enige die weg gingen. We hadden een kamer op de eerste verdieping en er is geen lift dus met de koffers sjouwen een moeilijke draaitrap op. Wilde bij aankomst graag even wat drinken aan de bar maar dat was niet mogelijk die ging s avonds pas open we moesten maar wat gaan drinken in het Park hotel er naast. Daar werden we wel erg vriendelijk ontvangen en daar hebben we gezellig wat gedronken aan de bar.

Sehr nettes Hotel für einen Aufenthalt am Rhein/in Andernach.

Kleines Hotel direkt am Rhein gelegen, Bahnhof und Altstadt zu Fuß erreichbar. Es war sehr still in der Nacht, das Frühstück war ansprechend, der Kaffee war sehr gut.

Das Putzpersonal sprach kein Wort Deutsch.

Schöne Lage in der Nähe des Rheins. Komfortable Zimmer

Wir hatten ruhige Zimmer gegen den Garten, mit Sitzplatz davor. Das Zimmer war recht gross. Das Frühstück gut, für die Fahrräder gab es einen abschliessbaren Unterstand.

Dass die Rezeption bei der Ankunft nicht bedient war fanden wir schade, aber alle benötigten Angaben wurden durch WhatsApp übermittelt.

Sehr nettes Personal, tolles Zimmer mit einem grandiosen Ausblick auf den Rhein, extrem gute Lage, viel schöner als erwartet, auch das Frühstück war reichlich und lecker mit fantastischem Ausblick auf den Rhein. Wir würden sofort wieder dort buchen!

Zimmer an sich, Lage und Frühstück waren sehr gut

Die Kopfkissen.....................das waren keine Kissen , das waren " lappen " in Kopfkissenbezügen. Dicke vielleicht 5 cm. An Pfingsten war die Rezeption abends nicht besetzt, sonst hätte man bestimmt was anderes bekommen können. Aber so........ich hab mir ein gefaltetes Badehandtuch untergelegt

Zentral gelegenes Hotel, direkt am Rhein, nettes Personal, große Zimmer mit Garten

Netter Empfang, großes Zimmer mit Terrassentür zum Garten. Stühle und Liegestühle mit Blick auf den Rhein. Zimmer mit flauschigem Teppichboden. Sehr schön an den Füßen. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig, auch hier netter Empfang. Beim Frühstück hatte man den Blick auf den Rhein und die vorbeifahrenden Schiffe. Das Hotel liegt prima, man hat keine langen Wege um etwas zu sehen. Parkplatz am Haus, wenn man schnell genug ist. Viele Prospekte wenn man etwas besichtigen möchte. 6 min. zu Fuß zum Geysir
