Comfortable, clean, and safe.

This hotel is a great value and very clean, and your room comes with a kitchen!

I could not figure out how to use the stove. Visitors could benefit from some written instructions. And I had to ask for help to find the washing machine, and I'm so glad the man came down and helped me figure it out! I'm also so grateful the hotel HAS a washing machine!

In genetal ok, the bathroom is as bit cramped

The assistance provided by the staff at check in: they arranged a parking in Zenpark around the corner since we couldn’t work with the App. The bed was very comfortable, the room was never quiet: a continuous drone kept us asleep (with earplugs in);-) The location was ok, shops and café/restaurants everywhere.

The bathroom is very cramped and the small bath of 75x90 cm, used as a floor for the shower, was in a way dangerous: it was not at floor level.

Good and comfortable room with cooking corner to the metro and supermarket

Nicely sized room for single person with desk and small cooking area with a fridge and sink and big bathroom.

The room was a bit run down, there was no water cooker, only a coffee maker in the cooking corner and no place to hang the towel in the bathroom.

This hotel makes you feel at home while you're traveling.

This type of hotel matches my style of travel, but may not be for everyone. There's no daily housekeeping service, unless you request it, so you need to be OK with that. You can keep food in the refrigerator and cook if you want to, but you must clean up after yourself. Also, it's somewhat far from central Paris, but I appreciated being away from the mass of tourists and it was fun getting to know the metro, which is quick and efficient. The area around the hotel has many amenities, including a variety of restaurants and markets. There was even an optician in the area, which I used once. Many bus lines service the area as well, though I didn't use any of them. This is a homelike experience while you're traveling, so if that's what you're looking for, look no further!

I washed my clothes in the on-site washing machine, but didn't want to put some items in the dryer. So I would like a rack for hanging wet clothes. During my stay I accumulated a lot of items for recycling, so it would also be nice to have a special bin for these items. There was a fan in the room but it was on a timer so it didn't stay cool for more than a short period.

Location for the purposes of my trip.

Noisy at night time with noise from the street. Room was too warm. Shower head bar was broken. I expected more as the pictures on Booking.com made it look like a nicer accomodation than in person. Also I was on the 7th floor and the lights in the corridor when you step out of the lift are not on sensor and it is quite dark. The switch in my room for the hall lights didn't work either.

It was a really bad experience staying with this Aparthotel, initially, we reached room at 10pm for the check-in, post that when we went to the room, we could see the room is really poor, with no air condition. I had my 3 year kid and she suffered lot without Air - Condition, this made the entire trip ruined. I was charged 238 Euro, 2 weeks before my stay, and on the day for arrival to property they charged me 418 Euros for entire 4 days. they said 238 is security deposit and it will be reverted only at end of my stay. I had no choice to leave that property. never recommend this property.

entire room is waste, i have spent almost nearly 500 Euros for 4 nights stay, but we add, poor bed, poor kitchen, no drinking water facility. Me and My family went to disney land and retuned after 00:00 hours, when I check for drinking water, the reception lady says no drinking water. It was really a poor experience with all my stay i have chosen from booking.com. Please never recommend this property to anyone, they are saying there is no Air condition on this entire property, this is not at all acceptable.

Old as Paris

Close to metro Ecolé veterinarie and Cassino market. The kitchen facilities and the room space was ok.

We stayed 4 nights. One of them without hot water in the shower. I had to fix by myself . The windows does not block the noise from street. There was a high price for late checkout.

Paris on a budget

1. The apartment was quite far from the center of Paris, located just outside the Periphique. However there was a metro station about 5 minutes walk which brought you into the center of Paris on a standard metro ticket. 2. Price was reasonable. 3. There was a lift that worked.

1. Apartment was rather cramped and very basic. Kitchenette area was just about adequate and the bathroom was passable - but there were no nice touches anywhere. 2. It seems that cleaning only happens occasionally. We stayed 4 nights and towels were not changed during that time. Our rubbish bin was overflowing when we checked out. 3. There was a switch outside the bathroom - when pressed, it turned on a walk-mounted radiant bathroom heater. We couldn't find any way to turn the heater off again. Reception explained that it worked only on a timer. (So once switched on, you had to grin and bear the heat until it switched itself off again). This would be very unpleasant on a hot day.

Location was great, they evidently saves energy. It is close to a Metro station for about a few minute walk and is close to a supermarket and a bunch more other stores.

Water in the toilet is kinda not strong so my poop stays :)

nice location but the hotel wasn’t the most convenient

the location is very beautiful. the Metro 8 is only 4 mins away and it takes about 20 mins to get to the inside of Paris, lots of restaurants and grocery stores around the hotel, the Seine is across the hotel definitely check it out when the sun goes down!

the wifi didn’t work at all and the shower wasn’t the best, the shower head at my room wasn’t moveable and the water came out randomly like it was strong on top but for my size it took way to long to get proper covered by the water, the walls got more water than me, also there is no full body mirror in the room, it got pretty warm during the night, i had to let the window open which then was super loud bc the hotel is next to the main-street, the elevator once didn’t work out which had me in fear of getting stuck so i walked every time

Aparthotel had a reasonable price and is strategically located just 5 minutes from metro station and 1 minute from large supermarket. 40 minutes by metro to central Paris.

A bit old old and outdated, but not a big deal for the price. Cleaning is provided only once per week, not a big deal, but would be nice if they left an extra towel and extra roll of toilet paper. Also, I stayed 11 nights, which means, it would be logical to get cleaning in the middle, after 5th or 6th night. However, my cleaning was scheduled after 7th night, and I kindly asked a reception to schedule it after 12.00 noon, nevertheless the maid knocked at door at 10.30, I asked to come back an hour later, what she never did - so, full 8 nights without any cleaning. The next day I finally got room cleaned, but the maid has left the lights on, both at bathroom and entrance (which they kindly ask quests not to do), and the door was only autolocked, not locked additionally by the key (again, that's what they request guests to do for security reasons).

Lovely for a couple exploring the city

the room was nice and clean. the temperature was kept at a constant 19C which was perfect and there was a heater in the bathroom. our room also had a fan which we enjoy having. the gas and microwave worked fine.

the location of the plugs was a little bit awkward for short cables but manageable using a chair and moving the bedside table

Bargain for the price!

The staff were super friendly and did an absolutely fantastic job of accommodating a special request which made our stay extra special!! The beds were SO comfy and shower was great. Room was clean and well equipped with a table and kitchenette with the necessary crockery (plates, glasses etc). For the absolute BARGAIN price we paid, can’t really fault the property. Property is close to Metro and buses making it very easy to get into central Paris. There’s also a supermarket like 2 mins away which was incredibly convenient.

The area is kinda quiet so we couldn’t really do too much near the hotel but not a problem since it’s pretty easy to travel into busier places.

Central, clean and functional hotel near Paris

The staff was very nice and helpful. We arrived late so the doors were closed for security reasons but it was not an issue as someone is always available at the desk. The facility is a bit on the older side but everything is functional. Breakfast is not gargantuan the way it can be in places that pride themselves on offering a full Continental breakfast but if you have a reasonable appetite it is sufficient enough. The rooms are simple but comfortable. Nothing fancy but again, this is not the place to go if you are looking for fancy. The location is central in Maisons-Alfort, with a Casino store around the corner and a nice neighborhood bar across the street for people looking to unwind after a flight (what we did!). All in all, this place is a good option for a stay in the suburbs, close enough to Paris and with reasonable prices.
