Nice facilities, well located near the highway, room quite small for me.
Room was quite small for me.
Wifi was not available during my stay.

The room is clean and has everything you need, it’s in a quiet location - the supermarket and a boulangerie are several meters away, staff are very friendly, special thanks to Lina at the reception

The room was in very poor condition — the towel was dirty and had holes, and the space hadn’t been cleaned at all

I love how friendly and convenient the location was. Pretty spacious and very affordable
The shower doors don’t block the water so water can and will get everywhere

Well located, close to supermarkets as well as nightshops. Furthermore, just a few minutes away from metro station. And to add, the staff was very polite and helpful during the whole stay.
Our room was unfortunately not that clean. We found a bunch of spiderwebs with spiders. Next to that, the room was kind of dusty. Furthermore, the fridge looked dirty due to a pink stain inside the fridge. Lastly, the kitchen supplies seemed used.

Easy, cute, affordable, close to 2 metro stations! There is a cute bistro right across the bridge and river that has an awesome charcuterie board for an authentic first night in Paris!
No bad things to say!

Clean big room.
Dirty corridors, with doors that looked like someone had tried to break into.
Breakfast very basic.

Nice appartments with the small kitchen. There was everything we needed, the noise isolation was very good, the wi-fi worked perfectly, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The only problem was that the bathroom and the dishes were not tidy, we found even a lipstick mark on a glass. Also the sofa in the living room was very noisy.

It was clean and basic
Location was a little outside the charm of Paris. Not the fault of the hotel, and it looks like the area is getting some work done, so excited to see how it improves in the coming years.

The apartment was clean with a lift. All facilities were included. The bathroom and the kitchen were modern and fully equipped.
My bed (sofa bed) in the living room was converted to a double bed to accommodate 4 of us (2 children and 2 adults). There was a good size additional bedroom but it was used by a family member.
I could not sleep and I was extremely tired. For a mature woman in her sixties travelling over 3 nights and planning to spend the fourth night on a ferry to London was an uncomfortable experience. The metal of the sofa bed in the living room was sticking out all around and throughout the mattress which was of a poor quality. The sofa bed was visible hitting our legs every time we wanted to make a transition movement.

The staff was very helpful in organizing a shuttle bus for our group to the airport. Thank you
The only working elevator is restricted to 2 people per ride, which slows down the movement of people across the floors.

The area is nice, the design of the room was simple and modern. The person who worked night shift was kind (but could not help).
Unfortunately, my experience in this hotel was negative. It was advertised the there is an independent AC in each room, but apparently the hotel only enables AC in the summer (It was not mentioned anywhere in Booking!). So, if you come in May and it 29 degrees outside, don't expect AC. Opening the window didn't help, the room was still boiling all night, and because the room was directing the A4 main highway, the noise was just too much and bugs were filling the room.
There was no fan to go give me. They didn't agree to change the room as they were fully booked and told me to try again the day after. On the day after, when they had a few rooms left (I saw them available on Booking), they told me that they don't need to change my room, as they are planning to turn the AC starting from the afternoon. But when I came back in the evening there was no AC (the staff in reception didn't know what I was talking about) and all the rooms were sold, so again - they could not change the room. So, in all three night, I was sweating, and could not sleep because of the temperature, the noise, and the bugs.
In addition, the Wifi was not stable and most of the time it didn't work or worked but was very weak and slow.
One of the two elevators was not working, and only 2 people allowed each time - led to long waiting, or climbing 4 floors without AC.
In general, it felt like although the staff tried to be nice (especially the person who works night shifts), no efforts were one made to help and solve the problems.
Perhaps if you come in the winter and get a room that direct the quite garden instead of the highway, and with a better wifi reception, your experience can be better, but I will not come back, as I don't think that this place worth the quite expensive price.

The location was very nice - a calm and pretty neighborhood with all you need around the corner.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, sometimes we just needed to get back to the reception desk to manage some details, but they were reacting immediately :).
Our room was comfortable and spacious enough for 4 people for a week-long stay, the same goes for the bathroom.
The kitchen was equipped with all the basic tools you might need, there was even a small selection of teas. We would likely come back for a long stay.
The room wasn't cleaned on the day we agreed on. We had to make a couple of trips to the reception desk to clear up the situation with cleaning or asking for a toilet paper (we didn't get even one roll from the cleaning staff the next day), or for a dish soap. FYI - the toilet paper is very thin - if you travel as a family, I recommend getting a pack at the store :)

The room was very clean and nicely cooled. The kitchen came equipped with useful stuff like a kettle, microwave, and plates, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was also fine. The staff was very accommodating to me checking out late and leaving my car in the garage for a couple more hours to let me go to the police to report the pickpocket of my passport and wallet.
The view from the room was not very nice and the garage smelled like pee and was very wet after raining. The mattress in my room seemed slightly droopy on one side, so it was not the most comfortable (not a deal breaker). In terms of the aforementioned pickpocket - I only noticed my wallet and passport meeting around at night, around an hour after the incident. Since the hotel keycards were in the wallet and we were far from the hotel, we tried to call the hotel multiple times to cancel those keycards and to check if anyone had accessed the room. Eventually, this was done but the staff member was initially very reluctant to help and just said it was not possible to do either.

Clean, coffee machine, hairdryer etc... Location wasn't bad.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Beside the residence there was no facility to buy food. There was a supermarket but with nothing in it, no bread or milk.
I didn't like that I had to pay €5 for the use of the washing machine.

Bed was really big and comfortable. Bathroom seemed to be freshly renovated, everything was clean and fully working. Kitchen with fridge is a big plus.
A view from the window could be better :)

Good location.
Airconditioner in the room
There's a smell in the bathroom indicating bad plumbing.
Few more cutleries and crockeries in the room.
Room not being cleaned during the stay.

Modern room with a great view. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we ever slept on. The room is quite despite being above a very busy road thanks to double layered windows. Would definitely recommend this to anybody!
We waited for check in for 45 mins despite arriving at 16:00 (check in is after 15:00). The internet is very fast but frequently disconnects which was annoying.
