Amazing deal for Paris stay!

The room was small but with all the needed amenities, everything was clean and tidy. Bed was comfy, the view from the room was nice and the service from the people working there was really good! Connection to the metro is easy and in less than 30 minutes you are standing in the heart of Paris.

It was a bit noisy, more because of the old building and floors. So you could hear a lot of the rooms next to you, but this more than a complaint is a fact, not a lot the hotel can do about it other than to ask people to be quieter.

Perfect

The hotel is very small, but extremely clean. The staff is amazing, always helpful and friendly. They let me leave my luggage and check in early. Everything was great!

Excellent price/quality ratio

We were absolutely happy with the hotel. People at the reception were kind and friendly. Our rooms were on the 4th floor, and there was no elevator, but this was not a problem for us at all. Our room faced the church and not the main road, so there was no outside noise. The walls are a bit thin and you can hear the conversations on the hall, but that is mostly very short termed. The room is small but has everything one needs.The bathroom is simple and clean, with enough towels, hair dryer, and toiletries. In conclusion, we were very happy with what we got for a very reasonable price.

We were visiting in end of May, and it was already somewhat hot in the room. However, the portable air conditioner helps a little, and anyway, the outside temperature is not something the owners can influence.

Uncomfortable for more than two nights stay.

Gave us bottled water & new towels everyday.

DIDN’T CHANGE bed sheets, duvet covers & pillow cases within our seven nights stay. VERY FAR from city centre.

A friendly small family-run hotel.

Location was great, very near the Metro. Customer service was fantastic. I had an early check in, was able to use the facilities after check out time.

There is not a lift. I didn’t mind this though.

Don’t book here if you have a luggage

-Clean -Comfortable bed -Kettle and water in the room -Really nice cleaning man who offered help to bring down the luggage

-No elevator in the building. Carrying luggage up to the 4th French floor was a very disappointing start to my stay at the hotel, which immediately spoiled the mood. -Receptionist wasn’t nice or friendly, no information if you are not asking questions -super thin walls. At night couldn’t sleep cause the neighbors private life felt like happening in my room. And I’m the morning all the talks in the corridor and cleaning process was very audible. Earplugs are recommended

The location is very close to the metro, and the court yard facing side is very quiet.

The room is a good size for one person but really tight for two people. There's very little sound isolation for the bathroom, you can hear people talking and using the bathroom upstairs. In the summer the room can be very warm as well (even though there is a fan in the room). It will also take 30 to 50 minutes one way to get to main attractions in Paris.

Really cool little hotel, very close to Metro station.

This is a really good find. Its only a 3-5 minute walk from the Metro station, about 20 - 30 minutes into the centre of Paris, depending on where you want to go. Its really nicely decorated, and the beds are really comfy. I stayed in a single room and was plesantly surprised to find a bed that was much wider than a single.

The room was at the end of the corridor, so you could hear people going up and down the stairs, but it didnt keep me awake.

A Hotel with old world charm😊

A charming Hotel with very helpful reception staff, nothing we asked was a problem. The Metro was a 3 minute walk away which gets you into Paris city in aprox. 20 minutes. Maisons Alfort is a residential area with many restaurants and supermarkets close to the Hotel. we had a very enjoyable stay.

No lift which was a little difficult but the staff took our luggage to our room.

The nice and Cozy hotel

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is very clean and cozy, and it's a walking distance from the metro station. There's also a supermarket just across the street. The room has a smart TV, a water kettle and a clean private bathroom.

We were 2 friends travelling together, so we pretty much liked everything. But there two points to share: - There is an amazing set of stairs that leads to the rooms, but it will be challenging if you have little kids or a baby stroller or if you have accessibility needs. So, the hotel is perfect for couples and friends. - The mattress is clean and new but wasn't so comfy.

Very loud and not private

Right near metro station

The room was very loud. You can hear conversations in the other rooms and loud music was playing until late in the bar downstairs. I had a terrible sleep continually being woken by the people in the room next door, the waste pipes which ran through my room which were very loud every time the room above flushed their toilet or banging and closing of doors.

Clearly constructed on a budget and attempt to run it on the cheap....

Easily accessible from nearest subway station, straightforward checkin

Entire location, especially rooms had little to no sound isolation. Nearby rooms and hallway sounds clearly audible - so during the night clanging doors and walking woke us up, including dogs barking. And hotel hosted loud party one night, which interrupted our sleep as well. They chose to run the uninsulated plumbing through the bathroom, so any upstairs water use would make a loud ruckus. Room was tiny and furniture was shaky. The bathroom was small and without shelves there was hardly any spots to put your toothbrush. No idea how this would meet the definition of Deluxe.

Good for a short stay

Staff spoke English, especially the gentleman when I arrived who explained everything calmly. The room was small, but well equipped. For a longer stay a larger room would be convenient. Nice area with a metro stop nearby.

It’s a bit overpriced for the facilities but “Paris is expensive” , I guess. No elevator- it’s an old building.

Very nice place to stay in Paris

The hotel was highly satisfactory for me. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The room was clean, well designed and silent. The breakfast was very good. It is about a 2 min walk to the metro station and there are several cafes and restaurants nearby. Metro line 8 goes to the city centre at about 35-45 dk.

1) Location in close proximity to the metro, and quick metro into Paris 2) Friendly staff who moved us into a garden facing room upon check in. Very kind 3) Breakfast was adequate and tasty

1) Size of the room and bathroom is too small 2) cleaning of the room was not done on one day until 18:15 which is too late and by then we had already returned to relax

Pleasant

I saw the rating on the website i was thinking it will be something incredible. But it wasnt at all. No Elevator, small rooms, noise of people havin s*x, the keys of my room were pretty big that they didnt fit in my pocket. I didnt try any food because i was afraid it will be a disaster and waste of my money.
