Great location, great staff, shame about the beds.

Staff excellent, breakfast - not bad need more hot savory dishes (bacon and cooked tomatoes for example)

The mattress on my 'double bed' was VERY OLD and VERY tired. It was obvious that it was very old, and had lived a lond long life. Time to be REPLACED!!

Disaster

It's good that they fulfilled my request to put a cot in my room.

Disastrous, the corridors look like they haven't been cleaned in a year. The room is too small, there is no dining table or anything like that. The only good thing is that they filled the crib I asked for. In addition, they charged me 11 euros for parking and even though it says parking is free, I had to park in another garage the first night because no one came out and explained where their garage was. They only did it the next day.

Overall nice layout and common facilities. I stayed in this Kyriad earlier, and the room was OK as well. But this time the room on the 4th floor was very poor.

The 4th floor room (duplex with a narrow spiral staircase) was very poor. Dirty floor carpet, no bedside lamps, windows don’t open and no way to control the temperature of the central heating.

Good place for several days staying

Very convenient. Metro station 5-7 minutes away (line 8), bus stop 100 meters away. Supermarket and lovely bakery next door. Good place for several days visit.

You better not try you will be disappointed. Definitely not a 3 *** level.

The location near Paris is easy to find

They had some issues with their A/C, the room was over heated and instead of proposing some alternative room, they just put two littles fans. It was over 30 in the room when it was less than 15 degrees outside with no opening windows. The staff try to help by offering us a coffee in the morning. I think they should have give us a free parking and refund 50% of the room.

A very poor stay

The hotel is well situated, 10 minutes walking from a metro station and 5 minutes walking from a supermarket, among other things.

The carpet in the room was so old and dirty that it gave me allergies. The windows couldn't be opened to ventilate the room. It would be a great idea for the Kyriad chain to consider replacing the carpets in the rooms or at least giving them a deep cleaning. This is a question of health issues.

Good staff. Except carpet, otherwise is clean. Silent. Mediocre but ok breakfast. Bed is comfortable.

No refrigerator, no iron, no wardrobe, no electric kettle or caffe maker. 10 min walk from metro station. Carpet is dirty. For its limited facilities, price is high.

Very dirty

The carpet in the room was absolutely filthy. On the ceiling was the mold. I stayed there for 3 nights for my business trip. The first morning I arrived for breakfast at 8 am and the hot tray with sausages and beans were completely cold. The second day they actually managed to plug a tray into the socket so it was hot. The coffee cups were very dirty along with the cutlery. I will not stay in this hotel next time for sure.

The bed was nice and very comfortable. I slept very well.

The carpet in the room wasn't the best and a strong smell of humidity. There wasn't any mini-fridge in the room for my drinks and other items that I needed to keep cool.

A total disaster, the worst hotel experience.

I didn't like anything about it.

The broken air conditioner, the staff was unwilling to change rooms and indicated someone would fix it the day after. However, it never happened. The male staff simply acted like they cared, but nothing happened. This should be a 1-star hotel.

Very good quality / price ratio. The hotel is located in a fairly quiet and safe neigboorhood. The room (triple) and the bath were fairly big.

The overall look of the hotel (entrance, elevator, reception) could be better.

wouldn’t go there again

the price was alright, we paid 230 with parking garage for two nights, family of 4. We had a room with a double bed and two singles, it was comfortable .

some things in the room needed reparations.. wherever we touched something felt of.. 😬 towels for the feet had holes, night lamp felt apart, curtains where hanging half down

I really like the location. 10 minutes to Subway, very quiet area with a lot of shops, bakeries, restaurants.

I don't like my room. Plaster and plinths fell to the floor. The sink was getting clogged. I did not have pasta to brush my teeth. I did not have a kettle in the room. Tea costs 4 euros in the hotel and it is a small cup. I was shocked and really upset.

Couldn't check in, they were running late so we had to wait 30mins. Rooms were tired looking with stains on floor, very narrow beds and the curtains didn't cover the window as they were only held on with 3 hooks.
