Overall an honest proposal if you want to stay at Maisons-Alfort

The staff was always available to help. Great location. Good breakfast. Very good coffee.

Rooms were not sound proof thus you can hear every car passing. I was on the second floor. The pillows could have been better.

Shocked!!!! we couldn't believe the amazing position of the apartment, at the heart of the Queen Sissi Empire. The apartment is absolutely perfect for short and long stays. Top comfort and cleanliness

Unfortunately, on the description, we didn't see the missing stairs to the third floor with a very small spiral staircase absolute nightmare with luggage

The only dislike was the breakfast. I know it is a French style breakfast, but the layout could have been better.

I liked it.

I'd like to congratulate the staff. They were friendly, eager to help. The hotel is rather small, but nice and clean.

The room didn't have a fridge , so buying large ice cream from the shop nearby was not an option.

Has a bar and restaurant that was good, very convenient to bus, metro and university.

A nice breakfast is available for a fee. Convenient for getting an early start for sight seeing

My travel mate’s room was noisy from the street. AC did not work in either room which was fine for springtime. Rooms are quite small.

Very very friendly staff, every one of them. helping me out with my French as I was helping them with their English. parking was perfect breakfast was perfect metro close supermarket close, restaurants close

the only thing is the noise from the outside traffic. I knew it when I booked, but still … It was ok, but when you wake up in the morning you cannot fall asleep again. that’s the only thing that I didn’t like. despite this, I would be happy to stay here again!

Nice comfortable stay, highly recommended!

Stuff are friendly and helpful, the guy in the reception desk really tried his best to help with google translation and calling to the manager, rooms are fully quipped(with all needed daily necessities: hair dryer, slippers, air conditioner), breakfast is simple but enough, we enjoyed the croissant, and orange juice we made by ourselves with the automatic machine, even parking is also convenient, there is Casino public parking underground which is for free which also saves us some cost, close to the metro station. very nice stay with my child, he enjoyed staying in this hotel, we had a lot of fun and comfort, I will definitely come back next time coming to Paris! Highly recommended!

The only suggestion is: the bed sleeping cover is a blanket on the top with a white bed sheet under for isolation, I assume the blanket will not be washed after every guest checking out, for me it may has hygiene issue, not comfortable, advise to change to another cover sheet that can complete the full isolation.

Perfect place to make base to know Paris.

It is located close to a metro station. The room was clean and big enough. Very comfortable beds. There is a restaurant and a bar at the hotel with reasonable prices (cheap for Paris). There is an elevator (which is not the case for all the hotels in Paris). Me made use of the garage, which is located 1 block away from the hotel. The location is quiet and safe in the night.
