Room was comfortable and well equipped. Staff were very friendly. Hotel is very well located.
Elevator kept breaking down. Internet connection was very poor.

Loved everything about the hotel and the location was perfect!
The bathtub shower was a little odd - it was hard to prevent water from leaking on to the floor. It was fine for me, but I expect that getting in and out of the tub would be a difficult set up for a person with mobility issues.

Good location away from the great rush of the centre. Nice enough hotel.
Room, a balcony room, was really quite small, almost to the point of being pokey, for the money.
