Huge room (we were upgraded), comfy beds and great breakfast
World’s tiniest elevator! (but it was a lot better than carrying our luggage at full flights upstairs so not really a complaint!)

The staff were very friendly, the room wasn't too small considering the location, beds were comfy, aircon worked well which was great in the heat and the bathroom was good. The breakfast had a good variety and was tasty. The view from the top floor was good too.
Nothing that's within their control, being on the 6th floor and the lift only going to 5 with cases wasn't ideal and the small lift but this was a known thing before the trip.

Location was good and bed was comfortable
We only had the room cleaned once on a 4 night stay. The bathroom was so tiny you could not shower properly. Major roadworks going on right outside hotel. Breakfast was very hit and miss The lift was hardly big enough for 2 people
