Location was great Modern with usb and usb-c connection Treats at the front desk including juices, croissant, candy.

Very well located, at Maubert-Mutualité subway station with plenty of excellent restaurants, shops and an open market, with easy access to public transports.
The building is underwhelming, decorations are tacky, the breakfast area and the reception are in the same small space, lacking privacy and calm. Breakfast (16 €) was disappointing. The upkeep of the building is below standards for a 4-star hotel. My sink was broken, the service in the room was far from stellar. The room was small.
