    Les Bulles's (4-star) prices are extremely competitive with much less attractive 2-star hotels in the area. The location is excellent, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are very comfortable and the attractive "champagne/bubbles" theme is well maintained throughout the hotel. I plan to return for another week-long stay later this year. There's a Nespresso machine in every room, which is replenished with one or two pods each day, but it might be worth taking your own if that won't be enough. Highly recommended overall.

    I wanted my wife to have a memorable birthday trip to Paris. Everything in this hotel started with a nice welcome at the reception desk by Mr. Hossam and Lolie. It was pleasant. We were very welcome. Our upgraded hotel room was very beautiful. The champagne vibe was the theme of the entire room interior. The ordered bouquet of flowers was super beautiful and perfect. It was made of such fresh flowers that it survived to arrive home even after 4 days and 2500 km. The hotel room window was an inner courtyard and there was no view, but it was ultimately very good and quiet, because we were able to rest well. We also bought breakfast, which was enough to start the day. Of course, champagne was also offered at the breakfast table. The hotel location was also very good.

    We began our two night stay on April 24, 2026. After the first night we noticed we had bites on our arms. That afternoon, we searched the bed and found various signs of bedbugs on the mattress and sheets. We brought the issue to the front desk and they denied that it was bed bugs because we could not find any live bugs out in the middle of the day. They refused to switch our room and offered to give us new bedding because of the stains on the mattress cover. They told us it was not bed bugs and not to worry because “their hotel doesn’t have bedbugs”. After dinner we came back and found multiple live bed bugs throughout the room. After showing reception a video we asked to speak to a manager and were told that there was no manager on staff that day or the next day that could address the issue or authorize a refund. We sent a message to management on the WhatsApp chat and they said they could not do anything before our flight home the following day. As of now, we have not been refunded for anything and were forced to spend all evening cleaning our belongings and finding another last minute hotel room in Paris. Even before the bedbugs became an issue the room was not clean. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
