Nice and helpful front office staff, nice coffee, and fun, well appointed rooms. Breakfast was a good buy and quite beautiful, just needed a table to eat them on the Juliet balcony! Windows had great soundproofing!
It was up on a slight hill from the river which made it a bit difficult for my aging mother but really nothing negative to say.

Loved the unlimited free coffee in the reception area along with self-serve water with flavoring options… which came in very useful since we were there during a heatwave. Rooms were comfortable and the air conditioning was very effective. The staff was very friendly. We skipped the breakfasts so I can’t speak to those. We appreciated that an easy and inexpensive laundromat was very nearby. The location generally was fantastic… right by the Gardens, very nearby a metro stop, and only a ~10 minute walk to Notre Dame.
The elevator was small and sometimes slow, but really everything was great. It’s expensive, but you get what you pay for.
