    Facility was shabby. Elevator would not hold two people. AC broken...they brought us a fan.

    Nothing to say bad about this hotel in Paris located in a very great location. The staff was so kind and the rooms were quite clean. The only issue which everybody knows is that the rooms in Paris are quite small so don’t expect too much in regards to room size, but overall great experience.

    The location is the biggest advantage of this hotel. It’s within walking distance of the main attractions, and the surrounding area is lively with plenty of restaurants and shops. Complimentary bottled water was provided, and the coffee service was good. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The elevators are extremely slow—you often have to wait at least 10 minutes. They are also frequently occupied by housekeeping staff with large service trolleys, making it even more difficult for guests to use them. Housekeeping trolleys are left in the corridors almost all the time. The hallways are already very narrow, so getting past them with luggage is inconvenient and uncomfortable. The rooms are extremely small, and during the hot weather, the air conditioning was ineffective. Even when set to 17°C, the room never became properly cool. Overall, I expected much more from a 4-star hotel. Apart from the location, complimentary water, and good coffee service, the hotel did not meet the standard I would expect.
