Location is excellent, the king suite is large and spacious, a nice old hall/hotel with lovely gardens.breakfast is excellent.
Staff were generally very pleasant, one of waitresses at breakfast needs more training in how to be welcoming.
The place is showing signs of wear and tear, the mattress in room 23 (King Suite) is horrendous, no comfort, when one person moves the other person bounces. The room over looks the spa and a patio, there are some extraction fans that create an annoying noise, noticeable especially when windows are open.

Nice location. Room was spacious and clean.
Location of room meant no room service was available. Had to go searching for staff on several occasions.
