The view, the staff, the breakfast, the location!
The slanted ceilings. We kept bumping our heads. Also the stairs were a bit difficult to do with luggage.

Lovely room overlooking the ocean. There was a heatwave and it was lovely to be in Seahouses. Breakfast was great. Looked after our bikes which were secured safely.

Location & on site parking was good. Helpful friendly staff. The hotel is small but very smart looking. Opened in 2025 after a refurb & rebrand so everything looks shiny & new!
We were in Room 2. It has en-suite (but only just). Very small & bathroom was effectively in a wardrobe! Just not big enough. I expect tiny rooms in New York & Paris not in Seahouses! Breakfast was in a very small room and moving around to get any of the buffet items (Toast, Cereals etc) was difficult as the hotel was fully booked-. Everybody bumping into one another. it has 7 main bedrooms. At £185 per night for B & B , I felt it might be a little bit on the expensive side for what is delivered, but it’s a very sought after tourist rich location, so not surprising!
