Every need was provided. Breakfast - cereal, toast, yoghurt, tea and coffee. TV in room and larger one in communal lounge. Convenient for shops and pubs
Shower doors did not work properly. Not enough seating round dining table

The rooms are not soundproof but i understand there is nothing you can do about that

Great location, very close to Seahouses centre. I stayed in the single room, and it was a little quirky as the bedroom was smaller than the bathroom and a couple of steps higher up. However, the bathroom was very well appointed with a full size bath and a separate shower cubicle. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room nice and quiet. The whole place was very clean and well kept. I initially thought it was a little expensive for room only, but when I arrived I realised that the hosts provide a limited self service breakfast that I thought was great. The in-room fridge was also a welcome benefit
No wardrobe space in the bedroom, but to be honest you could not fit one in and they provided plenty of hanging space and coat hangers.
