Not sure if would return love inn group hotels was a bit disappointed with this one

Comfy bed very warm 1 member staff from Heaton was friendly and helpful

We were in the Annexe building the room walls were paper thin you could hear everything in other rooms and you didn’t feel part of the hotel. The quality of food was not as good as previous stays The main bar felt a bit grubby

We enjoyed our stay in Bamburgh. Hotel was a good base for exploring

It was a wonderful setting. Breakfast by the harbour. Good band on Friday night. Lots of choice for breakfast. Some staff were very chatty and pleasant. Great incentive not to have the room cleaned for a free glass of wine

Service at the bar was very slow some staff weren’t as accommodating or cheerful. Disappointed Quiz night was cancelled without any notice. Not very flexible in menu choices and drinks. ie. Extra charge for different spirit in Irish coffee. Taxi recommended by the hotel did not turn up and we were stranded at the station

Beautiful room, comfortable bed, great bathroom, bar and restaurant are exceptional. Proximity to stunning beach and Bamburgh castle. Fresh orange juice for breakfast was a real treat.

Location fabulous. Even room decor was nice but shower was far too small. Disappointing about the seaview!

There were no Seaview rooms available! And I upgraded us a few days before to get an extra day and a bigger room! Well I thought I had! Room I ended up with was really small which is what I didn’t want! Food and menu was really disappointing… what scampi, battered fish and salmon but they were fresh from frozen!! The burger tasted like it had been soaked in water…the scampi was from a packet! We were right by the sea it all should have been fresh. Should be a different menu to other locations. The breakfast was better the 2nd time we had it.

The food was pretty ordinary, especially the cooked breakfast. It was cold in November so they should have had fires on in the bar and a lounge area where residents can relax. The parking was too limited so had to park away from the property in a public car park.

Overall disappointing

Apart from the from the problems with the room it was a great hotel, great location overlooking Seahouses harbour. Food was brilliant if a little expensive.

Frying smells from the kitchen below, very noisy above and to sides of room could hear everything. Room far to hot with no control corridor outside was extremely hot probably from kitchen had to open balcony doors to cool room down. Overall not good value for what we paid for a premium room. Did inform reception of problems

On the whole a very nice place to stay.

Situation is very good, close to the sea and the amenities. The room was clean and spacious.

The only downside was that the room we were in was in the annex and slightly below the entrance which meant that other guests could look in as they entered.

Perfect for a short break

The room was as I requested and lived up to my expectation. The location was also very good and allowed lots of good walks. The breakfast offerings were very good We have stayed in several of your outlets and each one has been very good, and would probably have ranked this as the second best but for the menu. The one in the Lakes at Coniston remains the best in our opinion, however we will use your hotels again for sure

The "hot" breakfast food on both mornings, despite having heat lamps, was never very warm. The menu choice to eat for dinner did not offer much choice which was disappointing when you think of how good the staff and premises were.

We asked for a sea view room and were informed this had been arranged. Unfortunately, we were in an annex room which, although large enough for two, was not really big enough for us and two children who were on a pull-out bed!

Rooms were hot particularly room 11 which is above the kitchen. Lightweight summer quilts would be beneficial. It was possible to hear people talking in the room next door to room 16 which went on until 1am.
