The hotel is in a brilliant location, close to the shops and the harbour. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was beautiful and the daily housekeeping was perfect.

Traditional, clean, warm and welcoming
To improve (but didn’t impact the lovely time we had): more coffee in the room, hot water was variable for showers!
