An exceptionally friendly stay in a great location!
The staff at this hotel went above and beyond for us and our staffie girl! We were always greeted with a smile and couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay! Such good value for money! The rooms were very nice and clean, including the bathroom. The breakfast was so good with lots of options! Couldn’t fault the stay - thank you so much!

A clean and comfortable hotel in a great location.
A great location with clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was very good especially the porridge. We had an evening meal there which was also very good.
Our room was too hot even with the radiators turned off.

Can highly recommend The Beach House
Lovely friendly and helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. Excellent breakfast, with lots of choice. Location was ideal. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Best cooked steak I've eaten in ages in the hotel restaurant.
Nothing really, if I was being picky more teabags and milk provided in the room, instead of asking at reception for them.

Breakfast was superb,cold selection to start followed by a very good quality’full Northumberland’ hot spread

A lovely, memorable weekend.
The breakfast was delicious, exceeded our expectations. The staff, especially Hanna made us feel very welcome and tended to us marvellously. Her warm smile when she greeted us every morning, brightened our experience.
More tv channel options. The options only allowed for the basic channels. There could be more information on local attractions. We wanted to book for a Spa treatment but it was fully booked. Perhaps more therapists should be available to cater for the higher demand.

The location is great only a 10 min walk to the town centre and 5 minutes to the beach
