The entire staff was informative, helpful, friendly, and funny! Rooms were cozy and clean. AND Oxford St was so much fun!

The staff was awesome. The room was unique, comfortable, clean and well appointed. Dinner was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. The bar was welcoming. The price was a bargain.

Really enjoyable, high quality stay. We will be back again if we're visiting the area.
Room was well equipped, staff were friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for the purpose of our visit. Very nice breakfast options with a wide selection. Restaurant was high quality with a nice range of meals and very good service.
Not within the hotel's control but the 2am finish at the nearby nightclub was intrusive for a light sleeper like myself.
