Excellent central location, comfortable beds, and a clean room. Highly recommended

I was very pleased with the hotel’s administrative staff. All employees were exceptionally helpful, courteous, and attentive to guests’ preferences — truly professional service.

It was not a soundproof room, as conversations from the next room could be heard very clearly and loudly. I had reserved a non-smoking room; however, upon arrival I noticed a smell of cigarette smoke in the room. I later learned that there was a nearby balcony where smoking was permitted, which likely caused the issue.

Comfortable and central to see Vilnius

I loved the central location, the hotel is cozy, the room was big enough, the staff were helpful.

Beds were not comfortable for me, I was given two single beds joined into a double bed but with two seperate duvets on two sides of the bed. Felt bizarre.

Good stay, but…

The room was well appointed, comfortable, quiet (but you really have to fiddle with the AC / Heating system to get it to be quiet, otherwise it’s super noisy). It’s not inside the old town, but it’s close enough. What I liked is that it’s easy to get around with bus / tram, which is not the case in the old town.

The AC/ Heating system was complicated to use. Like really complicated. It was hot inside, even if I would turn it off, left the window open (which barely opens at all, and it was winter! It was impossible to put the thermostats on AC, unless I fiddled with it for like 5min, daily… I also didn’t appreciate the person doing the check in saying “the room is ready, but can’t let you in until 3pm as matter of policy”…

I booked a large room, but they gave me a small one without a view. And on the day of departure, I couldn't extend my stay. They said everything was booked up. I also didn't like that there was only one set of towels. And the toiletries in the bathroom weren't very good.

Unsafe, dirty, noisy, broken facilities – and the hotel ignored my email and refused to refund one unused night (€180) despite Booking.com calling them 3–4 times with no response. Key problems during my August stay: • Safety: Faulty door lock that could not be secured. • Hygiene: Stained quilt cover and mosquitoes inside the room. • Facilities: Air conditioning broke down and was never repaired. • Noise: Extremely poor insulation, I could clearly hear my neighbor snoring all night. • Service: I checked out early, but the hotel ignored all refund requests. Even after Booking.com contacted them multiple times, they never replied and kept my money. For the price of over €180, this was unacceptable. Strongly not recommended – avoid if you care about safety, cleanliness, or basic service.

I really enjoyed both the hotel and Vilnius Old Town with its many attractions.

The bedroom's terrace and views it afforded was great and the hotel's Old Town location near the main historic sites was perfect. I found the hotel staff very helpful and friendly, as were the locals whether at cafes, restaurants or when asking for help with directions.

Great place to stay if you are looking for good breakfast and central location.

The location was perfect, breakfast has a lot of variety and the beds/pillows/blankets are really comfortable - I felt like home. And it is really quite inside, right next to the hotel is a bar / club with loud music, but nothing could be heard inside.

Unfortunately they can't ensure all guests with a parking spot. + it costs 25EUR per day, but we managed to find parking spots near by in Red zone and for 2 days paid 30EUR. Some interactions with the staff wasn't very friendly / professional. For example, when asking about the parking prices and availability, the receptionist said: "This is a city center, what did you expect?!", similar attitude we encountered during breakfast.

Ideal but too noisy

Location is close to the main attractions. The staff were helpful. The breakfast area was roomy and welcoming.

The noise. The rooms are very poorly soundproofed. On the first night the music from a bar across the road kept me up until 4am. I was then moved to a quieter room at the back of the building. However in this room the air conditioning was too loud and it could not be turned off.

Hotel location - it is located at the Gedimino street near the key old town attractions. A hearty and tasty breakfast.

Fridge was not working even (I asked to check it but without any success).

Good, but overpriced

Hotel is located on a nice street with great restaurant and shopping mall nearby.

I always pay special attention to the cleanliness. That's why I decided to stay here after reading reviews. However, my room was not clean and showerhead was broken. This is not what you expect for this price.

No recommendation. Inattentive and couldn't care less staff.

Clean and tidy.

Part of their problem is the stupid policy of the city itself, but the organization of entrance with the car into the hotel and in the parking lot, NAMELY the spots belong to the hotel itself is difficult, disorganized, complicated and almost without the true help from the hotel staff. Hotel staff was generally completely indifferent to our problems (my wife recently had a knee surgery, but nobody of them all wasn't interested to help her). To carry your things from the parking to the hotel entrance is nightmare.

A remarkable combination - a comfortable, welcoming and classy hotel, in a city of beauty and cultur

The breakfast buffet was plentiful, varied and attractive. The coffee was gorgeous. The hotel reception staff were friendly, very helpful and kind. The bed was super comfy and cosy. The hotel had a lovely warm and welcoming atmosphere and the staff who made up the rooms were exceptional. Check in/check out was great. The gentleman at reception organised a taxi for us at 04.30 and as we checked out, offered to escort us to the pick-up point. The hotel is stylish and relaxing. We would return in a heartbeat.

The “hot food” at the breakfast buffet was barely warm. The temperature controlled platters need to be reviewed.

Vilnius and Congress Avenue Hotel both exceeded our expectations

Location was great, walking distance to Old Town and many attractions. Breakfast was very good, lots of food, hot and cold. Room and bathroom were both big, and from the balcony/rooftop terrace one had a lovely view of the cathedral and the castle on the hill.

Lack of English channels on the TV, only one, France24 (English). BBC News and Discovery channel would have been great.

location is superb, right in the city centre near all the tourist things and shops. room was spacious with very comfortable bed, good bathroom. very helpful staff and a pretty good breakfast selection.

the only negative thing is that i think the pillows were a little too soft for my liking.

Modern and clean hotel in a perfect location. Enjoyed the nice view through the window and the comfortable king-size bed. In general, all the furniture seemed to be brand new (not worn out). Good value for money.
