Comfortable Stay

The room was clean and comfortable with nice comfortable beds. The location is fairly close to main points of interest and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

There's not much not to like. Perhaps the only thing is that instead of a bathtub they could put walk in showers in the rooms as some people may have difficulty climbing in and out of a bathtub.

Great stay and great value for money!

Location is very good, even without a car. Two blocks away from the bus station for bus service to the airport and a 15-20 minute walk from the city center. Our room was spacious and the bed was wide and comfy.

Good and worth it , next time I would suggest to perfume the dorm or to clean it properly.

Clean only the smell was a bad thing, the price was worth it for the quality.

It was clean , but the smell was very confusing , maybe people who stayed before was unhygienic , but overall not bad . Just the smell was only one con.

Location

I stayed in other Holliday Inn, and they even had a greeting letter prepared as I have registered with IHG hotels network. Staff a little bit messy, was awaiting for receptionist couple of times. Too expensive breakfast. Did not even offer welcome drink. Parking entrance from one street only

Very convenient location. 10 minutes walking to the center. Quite place. No problems with parking near the hotel.

Hotel parking is expensive. Bathroom doors can’t close completely. If you travel alone, it is not a problem

Great stay, convenient location

It was comfortable

1. The process of manually taking down credit card information as a security deposit even after upfront payment- I objected and they agreed that they can take out the mini bar and that was ok with me. Would have been much better if they had an option to store security deposit cards in encrypted format. 2. There was no way to control the heating and cooling in the room from the room. Every time I had to call up the front office to adjust. That was not very convenient.

Extremely poor service

I am an IHG diamond elite member and yeah the services provided were pathetic. The check in Process was delayed and inefficient. When we went to the room the light switch was not working. Then one guy came with a lot of attitude and anger and helped fix it. Then we realized that the room Is next to road construction site and super noisy. We had to ask them to change the room. The breakfast was very underwhelming and tasteless. At the time I’d checkout the staff was asking me if I pay by cash or card, even though I had already paid. Stay away from this hotel . If they can treat a loyal member like me such poorly Imagine what they would do to other

This hotel is very nice, with spacious rooms and comfy beds. It's conveniently located within walking distance of the city center. The breakfast is diverse and delicious, offering a wide range of options. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs or questions.

My room had a door that seemed to connect to the next room, but it was locked. The lock and handle appeared to be functional, but the door was additionally secured from the other side. I would have liked to confirm that it was also locked from my side, but I couldn't. Additionally, the room could use a bit more lighting; it was a bit too dark at night.

The young lady at the reception, I assume the manager because she was not wearing any uniform. So elegant, kind, accommodating, professional. A welcome like this makes the hotel feel 10 times more welcoming.
