Good big rooms, comfortable bed, nice view, good breakfast, 2 minutes to the very center of Vilnius

With heavy luggage not so easy to get to the hotel. Only stairs (a lot of them) and no alternative path

The location and the reception staff, thanks very much for welcoming me very warmly and entertaining my queries even before I came here in Vilnius. Great hotel at a central location, friendly staff and value for money.

The property was very central, clean and modern. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. We had breakfast one day only and it was good but don’t expect a big buffet breakfast.

Most atrocious hotel experience in years

Great location

After a mistake by the apparently new receptionist, I wasn’t booked into my room on the second day and the hotel being full, the hotel manager shouted at me to leave the hotel at once with no apology. No contact to a hotel director or management to complain to.

A Good Stay

Staff was great when I arrived 06:00 after overnight bus from Gdansk. Made sure I was comfortable while waiting for room to be available, stored luggage and provided suggestions & directions for me to pass the time. The room was clean and comfortable, with a wonderful view overlooking the River.

Shower fixture was falling off the wall.

Great location/very comfortable hotel

Great location - walking distance from the main sightseeing spots and restaurants (10 minute walking radius). Rooms were very comfortable- even had a stocked mini fridge (with drinks/snacks at reasonable prices). Staff really helpful and very good price. Highly recommend and would stay again when back in Vilnius!

Wifi dropped a bit but was fine as I had data anyway. Might be an issue if you don't have EU roaming data but a very small issue.

Double booked room, no drive to fix the issue

Once settled, the hotel was fine

They double booked our room for the first night, and despite being aware of this from when we arrived the receptionist wouldn’t admit the issue and wasted time clicking around on her computer despite that clearly not solving the issue. We began ringing up other hotels (unsuccessfully) and the receptionist didn’t know what to do and seemed to expect us to leave. At 2am we gave up and slept on the floor of the hotel room of other friends, and the hotel didn’t even provide us with enough bedding to make this comfortable. Obviously we were refunded for that one nights stay and received an apology the next day, but I was thoroughly unimpressed.

the location is good such that you can easily get there and have a short walk to the centre of town.

Single rooms are small and have this "vintage" wibe, like they were taken out of '90. There was no open bar in the hotel, no place to sit and relax in common space, except for some of it in the reception.

Disappointing start.

Great location, room basic/simple but clean.

We arrived late (11.45pm) due to a delayed flight, which one of our group had messaged the hotel to warn them of. On arrival we were told that the booking system was doing the “midnight upgrade” and therefore we would not be able to check in for 30 mins. Surely if you are aware that you have guests yet to arrive you would either delay the upgrade or have their keys ready for them? To make matters worse, two of the rooms in our group had been double booked by the hotel and were occupied by other people. Three of our group ended up having to sleep on the floor of another bedroom. The hotel wasn’t even able to provide them with sufficient pillows/duvets for this. If we hadn’t been in a bigger group with one room for people to sleep on the floor of I dread to think what they would have done as the receptionist was not forthcoming with suggestions.

Location - walkable to city center and with transportation nearby. Breakfast reasonable.

Room faced to the street - noisy and without privacy. Sound of electricity board in the makes it difficult to sleep. Bed too soft. Overpriced and overrated. Probably room 210 was the worst.

Fantastic nice and clean Hotel. Staff were absolutely kind, got upgraded due to work in progress in other levels. Very rich breakfast, wish we stayed more! Room was large and beds very comfortable.

In the end, the quality of a hotel is determined by its people.

I lost my iPhone cable and it was a big problem. My boarding pass is also on the iPhone app. When I told the lady at the front desk at breakfast, she took out a cable from the shelf behind her and charged it while I was having breakfast. It was the perfect response. Thanks to her, I didn't have to go buy a cable and could use that time for sightseeing. The lady was not just doing her job, she was also working efficiently, which made me feel good. Her name is Joana. The hotel should treat her with respect.

On the other hand, I had asked the man at the front desk the previous night about charging my iPhone in the same way. But he didn't know where the iPhone cable was located in the shelf behind him. This should be improved.

Choose renovated rooms for a longer stay

Good breakfast with lots of hot dishes and some vegetables. Renovated rooms are very good, the older ones are still clean and good enough for 1-2 nights, just with dated design and facilities. Electric kettle in an each room

No bar or even coffee machine in the lobby. You do have a kettle in the room, but instant coffe is not enough (especially in a rather nothern cold and windy city)

My booking was with breakfast, and the website did not say that breakfast if early is required to be notified in advance. On arrival I informed the staff that I was leaving at 4am and that I had paid for breakfast. The staff smilingly informed me that they were sorry but that their kitchen was open from 6am. When I asked what they could offer me in return, the answer was “nothing”. They did not even offer me water as a compliment and I paid 2 euros for it. On the way back of my trip I also stayed at this hotel and their breakfasts are excellent. And allow you to pack a kit to take with you. However, the complete lack of customer focus struck me. I stay often in Vilnius with early check-out and this is the first time I have encountered such a situation. Always hotels in this price category can find a solution.

Very creeky floors in room, 2 single beds pushed together rather than a double, dreadful shower, exiting the building the two glass doors take forever to open.

Reception 24/7 Exceptional duvet. Had a safe , kettle and hair dryer.

I had to pay an extra 50% fee for early check - in. The room was quite chilly.

Location, breakfast and room was perfect

I liked the location, breakfast and room. We chose the renovated double room with breakfast that was the same as you saw in the picture. Hotel and restoran staff was very supportive and smiley. I would definitely choose to stay again when I come to Vilnius.
