    I don’t usually like to start with a negative, but I had never noticed that this was a self-check-in property, which is normally not a problem. However, I never received the check-in email. When we arrived, it was already late in the evening. After noticing it was self-check-in, I called the number provided on the door and explained that we were there to check in. The lady on the phone said we should have received an email. I explained that we hadn’t received anything. She then said she had sent it again. After waiting a while, I called back and explained that I still hadn’t received it. She simply repeated that we couldn’t check in without completing the form. I told her I was happy to provide all the required information over the phone, but she didn’t seem interested in helping and just kept saying that she had sent the email and that we should receive it. Eventually, the email arrived, and I completed the form. We then waited for the room access codes. I tried calling reception again, but unfortunately there was no answer and nobody called back. In the end, it took us about an hour to get into our room, which is not the experience you expect after a long day of travelling. After that, everything was fine. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was wonderfully quiet. Just make sure you receive the check-in email after booking. Otherwise, you might find yourself standing outside on the street waiting to get in, just like we were.

    Prime location. Easy checkin checkout. Responsive staffa thru whatsapp. Nice shower. Everything is clean enough. The only improvement is the mattress. It is pressed. I think it has been used for a long time, but it isnt a big issue.

    The room looked nothing like the photos. It was a tiny room. Air conditioning didn't work. It was quite hot. No staff!! Didn't receive check in instructions. The room was clean though. And the location is amazing.
