The location is great specially for business. Overall, great value for the price. Staff was friendly. I would visit again.

Fantastic for exploring

In a great location for exploring the city, walking distance from some of the best sights. Not too far from the train station either so we had ease for exploring the rest of the country too. Our room also had a view of the castle on the hill. Kitchen was good and compact - we stayed for two weeks and had no problem cooking. Will be recommending for other first time explorers.

A vacuum or a brush would’ve been nice to have in the room just to try keep the place tidy but other than that nothing.

Location and accessibility are a solid 10/10. I really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. They responded via WhatsApp, text, and email, ensuring all my questions were answered before arrival. They also responded promptly during my stay. I was in room 211, 2nd floor, away from street sounds etc. Perfect.

As with most hotels, the pillows were too soft for me, so after a restless night with neck pain I ended up with piling up bathroom towels to make the pillow harder. I could have asked for harder pillows (which I didn't) so I don't even know if it is a possibility, here.

Bed is well worn out and need replacing. It’s okish to sleep for 6hours but no longer. You can feel when other person turning. As well some springs where poking in my back.

Beautiful city close to bars and restaurants and the amazing cathedral

No need for keys as most hotels only give you one but both my husband and I could come and go as we wanted

Nothing but it would have benefited from a microwave like some other rooms also there were no coffee pods and used ones in the machine.

Overall, a good value for the price.

Great location, rooms are modern and nicely designed, it was quiet, and the room had almost everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Cleanliness could be improved: I noticed a yellow stain on the pillowcase, but the hotel management promptly offered either to let me replace it myself or have the staff do it within a couple of hours, so I chose to replace it myself. The floor in the shower area seemed to have some mold, and the windowsills were slightly dusty. The mattresses were spring type, which wasn’t very comfortable for me and caused some back discomfort the next morning.

Amazing location, highly recommended.

Amazing location. Very clean. Coffee machine in the room and the reception room with water dispenser, tea and coffee making facilities, great touch. Easy check in. If I was staying in Vilnius again, I would definitely stay there.

There was no body balm available in the bathroom, just one thing I would have added.

Close to the Cathedral and main street

Only mail or phone contact, no desk. Coffee was only refilled once in 3 days No bottles of water present, no recommendation if the tap water was drinkable. Towl which was on the floor for changing, was just folded and put back on the rack, so no new one. Email sent early for a taxi for the last day, no responce to that at all.

Whenever send message can get immediately reply from the owner and even when check out can left luggage storage the day. The most satisfied is its location so good nearby the KFC easy memory and 1 minutes to the supermarket.

It was perfect, great location, the apartment had everything you needed and was spotlessly clean, would absolutely recommend this. code was easy to work out to enter building, lift upstairs and everywhere was quiet. room was good size, twin beds, table and chair plus desk and then kitchen area with coffee for us. bathroom was smallish but absolutely fine and good shower. I was really happy with the the accommodation and location

Stressful Check-In Experience Overshadows Comfort

The location is perfect near all amenities

I was traveling alone, my first time in the country. The room and country taxes were paid. I was in contact with them from 12:30 pm, asking them to kindly provide the code since I would arrive in Vilnius around 2:20 pm. They insisted that they couldn’t do anything until 3:00 pm. Having to keep checking my phone all the time to know how to access the building is stressful. Their lack of flexibility and empathy made my stay unpleasant. After insisting and debating with them, they told me I could access my room at 2:45 pm. They offered me a late check-out, but I didn’t need it. This is without mentioning certain cleanliness issues and the small but comfortable room

Check-in is fully done by yourself, even overnight, access codes for the hotel and the room are sent in advance. Great if actual arrival time is not known in advance. Luggage storage is also super-useful!

Not the best stay.

Not the cleanest hotel I stayed in. Also didn't feel very secure, no peep hole, someone walking down the corridor trying to acess doors at night. Not very soundproof, you can hear everything that is going on and see the light through the front door gap. The bedding wasn't clean, no mattress protector, no duvet protector (it was stained). Two single beds pushed together with a thin mattress topper was not exactly peak comfort. Fingernail in condiments cup, dirty radiator, shower wasn't exactly clean either, especially the shower head. The shelf in the bathroom had someones beard trimmings. Left card twice to clean the room, but only got fresh towels and the bed was half made once.

Very convenient location, good value

Excellent location close to the catherdral 😀 yet a side-street is peaceful Good value for money (mind you have to pay extra 2€ per person per night before you are allowed to check in) We had a split-level appartment on 3rd floor, very nice Fully equiped, also the kitchen There is a common room in the basement

A bit neglected but have potential

Location.

Lack of fresh air, air ventilation system was not working. One tiny roof window which, when opened, lets in city noise, but not enough fresh air, which impacts the quality of sleep. It was rather hot to sleep. Lack of natural light. Unprofessional, responsibility avoiding members of staff. Dirty glassware and stained carpet.

It is a great location, walking distance to the old town, and value for money. If you stay here for a few days no transport is needed as all the old town is within your reach.

It's a little bit to digital with Pin Lock doors - if you miss it it alarms the doors and other people.

Amazing location, awesome coffee maker, great shower pressure, comfortable bed and warm room.

Noise. Don’t know how it’s on other floors but floor 1 is super noisy as you hear everyone coming in and out as well as using the lift. No separation at all. Also, noise travels super well from across the corridor and it seemed like the neighbours were talking in my room and not across the corridor. Had to get up at 1am and 2am to ask them to keep it quiet.

Great stay

It is a really great option. The location is great, the price is as well. Rooms are looking very cozy, there is tea and coffee in the room. The staff is also very nice. In general, everything was great. There were some loud neighbours, but the hotel provided earplugs, so they definitely thought things through.

Great value for money in central Vilnius!

Very friendly staff, swift check-in made by messages from the staff. Easy to find, very central location. Nice and big bathtub in the bathroom. Well equipped kitchenette with coffee and tea provided. Really good price-value-ratio!

A strong odour of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. You can hear neighboring rooms, but ear plugs were provided in the room, so not a problem for sleeping.
