Great staff and location, but be aware of the difference between hotel wings.

The location is fantastic and there is plenty of parking space. It is very kid-friendly with lots of entertainment options for children. The staff were professional and helpful, especially when they quickly handled a noise issue for us. While the rooms are quite old, they were comfortable enough, and the food selection was diverse with plenty of options.

The booking process doesn't distinguish between the Zirm and Cristal wings. We were in Hotel Cristal, which is an unrenovated and outdated part of the complex. This part of the hotel definitely does not meet 4-star standards. It felt more like a youth hostel, as it was filled with organized groups and school trips. Combined with the poor insulation, the atmosphere wasn't what we expected, though I could live with it again. Had we known Zirm was the better choice, we would have gladly paid more for an upgrade, but the difference wasn't made clear on Booking.com.

Wonderful for skiing and eating up on the mountains.

Very close to ski lifts. Beautiful views all around. Staff VERY friendly and helpful.

The spa pool had some water jets that were out of work. There were no courtains on the shower, which made the floor wet.

Who wants to swim naked in public?

Location to the slopes is excellent. Parking is near and free. Reseption staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel consists of two resorts. One is four star the other two star at the best. Spa facilities are good, but YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO WEAR BATHING COSTUME in spa areas. In saunas you can wear towel but you are expected to swim naked in front of everybody. Our room was located in Cristal (the poor) side of the hotel and it required a lot of walking. That side of the hotel was renovated last time in the 80's - although the bathroom was upgrade recently. Hotel was filled with children (late march) who enjoyed it very loudly. Breakfast was ok, continental and Italian options were available but coffee was less than average. Dinner was a huge disappointment, even with our expectations were very low. Options were plenty but hardly anything was made from fresh ingredients, everything was over cooked and had hardly any taste. Kitchen is most likely quite small and the dishes are prepared early in advance and then kept in warm for hours. Pasta was like porridge and meats/fish very dried. Deserts were better than the rest.

Great winter holidays!!

Fantastic location 50 m to ski lift. Big room for 4 persons.Fantastic modern and big wellnes.Restaurant and meals was fantastic.Fantastically arranged ski slopes. There is no crowd on the ski slope. The 8 km long trail from the top of the glacier to the village of Maso Corto is particularly impressive.

The location is very nice, especially for someone who enjoys skiing.

The rooms in Cristal part of the hotel were not that modern as those in Zirm also no bathrobes, slippers, toiletries. There was also not such a wide variety of foods, however you could find something to eat. The quality of some meals were not as expected and for example for the good espresso there was an additional charge. The pool temperature was really low for us, in the sauna the bathing suits were not allowed. In the Spa- Area the children are not allowed.

A labyrinth hotel in a lovely valley

The hotel is located on a beautiful valley, surrounded by mountains, hike trails and cable cars. Mauro, from the hotel restaurant, was definitely a highlight. He was always kind and helpful. My sister is celiac and Mauro made sure that there were always gluten free options available for her. We received the same kind treatment from the staff at reception and at the bar.

The hotel is basically a labyrinth. It wasn't just us who got lost not only to find our rooms, but also the main reception (another one is empty/abandoned), the wellness area, the restaurant and everything. The main problem seems to be that there are at least 2 hotels within the same infrastructure and only 1 reception and some shared facilities (wellness centre, swimming pool, car park). There are endless corridors and barely no signs to where you are and where you want to go. The rooms are OK in terms of size, but the furniture is very outdated. We had booked a double and a triple room as we were travelling with the family. The double room had a really small shower cabin. There were no mini bars in the room where one can at least keep some fresh water refrigerated (not to mention if you need to keep some medicine refrigerated). The rooms were cleaned, but we never got the toiletries replaced (we stayed for 5 days!). My parents have to actually asked the cleaning lady to restock their toilet paper as every time the room was cleaned, no toilet paper or toiletries were restocked. The lift that takes you to the restaurant (our rooms were on the 2nd floor and the restaurant is on the 7th floor) was always crowded (there are only 2 lifts) and it was very old. It actually stopped abruptly, in a way you thought it was going to break down. The restaurant works as a buffet for breakfast and dinner. Food was OK most of the times, but the drinks weren't of good quality (except for the beer, which was the local Forst beer). As for the drinks, there were no sugar free options except for still or sparkling water. A suggestion would be to offer some sugar free soft drinks as well. Another suggestion would be to have labels with ingredients and allergens for the food that was placed on the island (such as salads and desserts) so that people who have some allergies or intolerances know what they can/cannot eat.

One of the best holidays I had

The place is so beautiful. Could stay all day watching the view… really special. We had a fantastic vacation in this hotel! Everything was simply the very very best. I loved that I could swim while the others skied. The wellness center was very nice. We had half board, and felt very satisfied with the meals. We plan to go again next year.

The pillows were very flat and it took a whole day before we were able to get extras. Bring your own if you have issues.

The room we got, after a request to change, was very nice, with a balcony, light. Liked the area of boarded floor with pipes under it for drying stuff. However the majority of rooms have a slating window parallel to the ceiling, and are dark. May not be a problem if you're out skiing all day. The pool is splendid. We were half board and the meals were good. We liked drinks being on tap for the meal at no extra cost.

Name Blu Senales isn't what its called so quite confusing to find. Entry through garage is quite off-putting. Impression of reception staff on duty not good - seemed clueless. (But other staff helpful).

Schön, aber....

Die Lage ist super. Unser Zimmer 1904 war schön und sehr sauber Leider war die badezimmertüre nicht lautlos zu öffnen und der Lüfter im Bad laut wie ein Flugzeug. Das Personal ist freundlich versteht aber leider kein deutsch. Der bestellte Kaffee jeden Morgen war super.

Das hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Zugige fenster, überall im hotel ist es kalt. Kein Aufenthaltsraum wo man gemütlich mit seinen Freunden seine eigenen Getränke trinken kann. Umständliches bestellen bei Getränken mit Belegen die ständig unterschrieben werden müssen. Bademäntel für die man bezahlen muss und badehauben im hallenbad. Beim Abendessen eine Lautstärke wie in der Disco. Die beschilderungen im hotel sind ausbaufähig um besser von a nach b zu finden.

L’accoglienza davvero scarsa , siamo arrivati al mattino , nemmeno un buongiorno solo un : tornate dopo pranzo, arriviamo alle 13 ci fanno check in ma non ci fanno la stanza e non ci dicono nemmeno che non sarà pronta all’orario previsto , vice direttore davvero maleducato ci ha riso in faccia e ci ha ribadito che non avevamo ragione ma che poteva darci la stanza dalle 15 in poi .. consegnatevi alle 16,20 ( non eravamo i soli ma la hall era piena di gente infuriata) solo dopo nostra lamentela tramite mail al servizio clienti ci è arrivata la proposta di un late check out gratuito, ci hanno offerto le bevande a cena ma sinceramente ci hanno fatto perdere un giorno in quanto non abbiamo potuto usufruire della spa e nemmeno di un posto dove cambiarci per poter almeno passeggiare nella neve , lo sconsigliamo e non torneremo mai più

Velice ráda sem pojedu znova.

Celá lokalita je pro lyžování naprosto vynikající. Lanovky jsou kousek od hotelu, takže žádné dojíždění. Další obrovskou výhodou je wellness a bazén v hotelu. Snídaně i večeře formou rautu byly skvělé a bohaté. Příjemný personál, na pokoji uklizeno každý den.

Na pokoji by se hodily skleničky a lednička. Hotel je starší a ze začátku trochu bludiště :-) Ale nic, co by se nedalo přežít...

Colazione. Posizione perfetta, nulla da dire su questo, ma pecca tutto il resto.

Ambienti freddi. Spa con idro massaggio rotto e molto fredda, accappatoio e ciabatte a pagamento. Serve la cuffia per la piscina principale. Personale poco reattivo. In camera si sente qualsiasi rumore derivi dal corridoio, É pieno di grandi gruppi quindi di bambini che urlano e corrono dappertutto, non è certo un posto dove rilassarsi. Cena a buffet non male ma tutto freddo, peccato. É un hotel anni 2000 quindi non aspettatevi modernità e innovazione, hanno solamente rimodernato spa e camere come meglio potevano. Abbiamo speso una follia per 3 notti, chiesto il rimborso. Grazie, a mai più!

Hotel i obsługa rewelacja! Wszyscy bardzo pomocni. Sauna, Spa, codzienne sprzątanie pokoju. Niczego nie można chcieć więcej za taką cenę. Dojazd do hotelu na nartach, fajna narciarnia z suszarkami do butów. No i te puste stoki, zero kolejek do wyciągów. Doskonały wybór dla narciarzy :)

Jedyne do czego można by się przyczepić to mało urozmaicone śniadania, no ale Włosi tak mają ;)

Le uniche pecche, il fatto che in camera non si trovino gli asciugamani già a disposizione per la spa ma bisogna noleggiarli e che di notte la camera era troppo calda e soprattutto per chi dormiva nel letto a castello il caldo era veramente insopportabile.

Hotel war extrem kalt, in ewig langen unterirdischen Gängen verläuft man sich schnell, im Eingangsbereich funktioniert die automatische Tür nur sporadisch - sind 5 min vor der Tür gestanden. Abendessen nur lauwarm, Gläser waren schmutzig, Karaffen ebenso, das Buffet hat nichts mit einem 4Sterne Standard Essen zu tun. Zimmer sehr alt und sehr unangenehmer Geruch, Haare auf dem Bett und Kaugummis auf den Türen, Personal unfreundlich, sind nach einer Nacht abgreist. Keiner fragte nach Zufriedenheit oder sonstigem. Sehr schlechtes Hotel. Bin seit mehreren Jahren Booking Nutzerin aber sowas ist mir noch nie passiert. Das Hotel verdient keinen Stern! So eine Unverschämtheit! Ich will mein Geld zurück. Fotos auf Booking entsprechen nicht der Wahrheit, Betrug dieses Hotel.
