location is fantastic and quiet for any family looking for relaxing weekend. the view to the mountains from the balcony is amazing. the staff were super polite and professional in all aspects. also, a special thanks to Simon for all his help.

the room is spacious for a family and if I would recommend something it would be to replace the glass doors of the toilet with blurry type glass.

beautiful modern property, anything you need is there. beautiful rooms, everyone super nice,spa with kids from 13:00 to 16:30, pool open till 22:00, great kids area with lots of games options, possible check out late skybus outside the door, buffet lots of food, great dinner and the merenda at 16:00. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect! Nice location, nice staff and really good and diverse food. The area is very beautiful as well. The spa and pool facilities are a good addition, specially for relaxing after a ski day. I hope we will return during spring/summer to experience the area in a different season.

Soggiorno perfetto. Impeccabile

Hotel davvero meritevole! La camera l'abbiamo trovata super pulita e profumata! La ristorazione presenta un buffet molto vario e ricco con un personale assai gentile, senza però togliere la loro professionalità! Si ha a disposizione un centro benessere curato nei minimi dettagli, anch'esso molto pulito. Siamo soddisfatti nel non avere nessun commento negativo da recapitare, tutto è stato nell'insieme impeccabile. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Frühstück und Abendessen war top , Schwimmbad auch top und die freundlichen Mitarbeiter und eine tolle Bar

Wellness - Bereich teilweise alt und die neue Sauna war leider nicht in Betrieb nur die alte kleine Sauna

Das Essen war hervorragend, besonders das Abendessen sehr abwechslungsreich, sehr lecker und optisch sehr ansprechend. Bei schlechtem Wetter kann man den tollen Wellness Bereich und den Pool nutzen.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend, eine sehr große Auswahl. DAs Abendessen in den Portionen sehr gut abgestimmt und ein Gaumengenuss.

Riposo assicurato e comfort a 1600 metri. Con qualche pecca

L'albergo si trova in una posizione magnifica, a circa 1.600 metri di altitudine, circondato da boschi e da percorsi per escursioni. Lo staff è gentile e sempre presente. Al ristorante (per chi sceglie la mezza pensione) è possibile scegliere ogni giorno un menu gourmet (di alto livello) o più tradizionale: eccellenti per qualità e anche per quantità (nel caso del menu tradizionale). Dalle 16 alle 17 lo staff offre anche una merenda. Disponibile inoltre un bar, aperto dalla mattina alla sera, con un dehors da cui godersi il panorama. Presenti anche una bella palestra (con gli attrezzi), una vasca idromassaggio (un po' piccola e con l'acqua piuttosto fredda), una piscina, una spa (disponibile un paio d'ore, poi dalle 16:30 è riservata ai nudisti), una stanza-giochi per i bambini e l'animazione pomeridiana per i più piccoli in una stanza apposita. E' possibile utilizzare accappatoi e asciugamani da "spiaggia" forniti gratuitamente dall'albergo. Lo staff organizza anche delle uscite gratuite in montagna con guida (in percorsi dolci) più o meno tre volte alla settimana. Per il resto è possibile consultare guide e piantine al banco della reception, per organizzarsi in autonomia per camminate più impegnative oppure (a pagamento) per escursioni in parchi avventura, percorsi in bicicletta (a 20 minuti dall'albergo c'è una bella pista ciclabile di 80 km da Merano fino a tutta la val Venosta, costeggiando il fiume Adige), arrampicate su roccia per tutte le età, o altre attrazioni. Tra cui meritano una menzione le bellissime terme di Merano, a 40 minuti circa dall'albergo.

Nella presentazione su Booking.com, lo staff scrive che le camere "dispongono di un’area salotto". Non tutte, evidentemente, perchè la stanza dove sono stato alloggiato era piuttosto piccola (anche se sufficientemente confortevole) e non offre un'area salotto (a meno che non si intenda il terrazzo come salotto). Peraltro in sede di prenotazione (non avendo l'hotel disponibili letti singoli) è stato proposto il letto matrimoniale uso singolo + un divano letto, ma in realtà la seconda persona ha dovuto dormire in un letto singolo piuttosto scomodo. Viene fornita la password wifi, ma nella nostra stanza il segnale non arrivava. Dovendo comunque operare talvolta al PC, per lavoro, mi sono "salvato" utilizzando l'hotspot con la sim del telefonino, che per fortuna aveva linea. Il ristorante, per accompagnare l'eccellente pasto, presenta purtroppo una carta dei vini inavvicinabile anche per chiunque disponga di un reddito medio: la bottiglia più economica costa 27 euro, ma il menu propone solitamente abbinamenti ai pasti con vini dai 32 ai 50 euro a bottiglia. Peccato, anche perchè le rinomate cantine della zona propongono ottimi vini locali (dal Pinot grigio o nero al Gewurz Traminer) a partire da 14 euro a bottiglia, quindi il ricarico a tavola appare davvero eccessivo. Tanto più che il ristorante non propone, in alternativa, la classica brocca di vino sfuso ad un prezzo abbordabile.
