Excellent!

Everything was excellent. Warm and serviceminded people working at the hotel. Spa, restaurant and the breakfast was all very good.

Maybe slightly warmer in the jacuzzi.

Delightful winter holiday experience

Everything was perfect, facilities were beautiful and clean. Staffs were friendly. Wellness was perfect. Highlight was the dinner. What a delightful food experience.

Receptionists could have been more helpful. I came 8.15 pm at the hotel. Dinner time is 7-8pm but guests still at the restaurant until 9pm. The reception told me we couldn’t have a dinner. I think something like this could have been a bit more flexible or at least informed in advance. Otherwise I would definitely gave 10 for this property.

Fantastic open-air pool, staff very kind, beautiful mountain view. The restaurant of the hotel is simply delicious.

Pausa rilassante

Camera stupenda e accogliente. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la disposizione separata tra sanitari e zona doccia. Letto comodissimo e vista pazzesca. Anche il divano sospeso è comodissimo e ci si può rilassare ammirando il panorama. Abbiamo usufruito di spa e piscina e vorrei smentire alcune recensioni che descrivono la piscina come "fredda", ma per noi era calda abbastanza da contrastare il freddo esterno. Abbiamo anche cenato in struttura e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Anche la colazione deliziosa con uno chef molto simpatico che prepara le uova su richiesta da una cucina a vista.

Non abbiamo trovato chiarissime le comunicazioni relative alle regole per i cani, diciamo che essendo abituati a viaggiare con un cane di piccola taglia alcune cose le diamo quasi per scontate quindi non sono state una sorpresa. Ma ho trovato un po' confusionario il fatto che dalle informazioni prese su booking si percepisse che i cani possono accedere alla zona ristorante/colazione ma in una stanza a parte. Mentre sia per messaggio che in reception al check-in ci è stato richiesto implicitamente di rinunciare a questa opzioni. Per noi non è stato un problema e abbiamo accettato queste condizioni. Però suggerirei di rendere più esplicite le esigenze o regole della struttura, diventa più comodo per tutti.

Entspanntes Wochenende! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr schöne Einrichtung und sehr sauber. Der Relax-Bereich war sehr entspannend und hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Essen war auch immer lecker und sehr schön angerichtet.

Struttura bella e moderna, ma non ne vale la pena.

Struttura caratteristica, il personale di sala é molto accogliente, la camera molto spaziosa

Il personale al check out molto scortese e “furbetto” perché tentano di far passare per fattura un semplice resoconto non fiscale. La spa é un centro nudisti (poco gradevole e poco igienico) e inoltre la piscina é completamente gelida, il che se fosse estate non sarebbe un problema, ma essendo pieno inverno ed essendo la piscina esterna non é per niente piacevole, si rischia di ammalarsi. L’idromassaggio é piccolo, ed essendo l’unica piscina calda non si trova mai posto. Inoltre è talmente pieno di cloro che viene la nausea.

Colazione e cena ottime, anche con opzione vegetariana squisita. Spa con piscina a sfioro, un toccasana dopo una giornata sulle piste! Grazie a tutto lo staff: gentilissimi e attenti. Torneremo sicuramente

Meraviglioso!

La struttura ha una vista bellissima, immersa nel vedre, in totale relax e contatto con la natura, proprio quello che stavamo cercando. Le camere e la struttura nella sua interezza è davvero pulitissima. Il personale è molto cordiale, soprattutto il personale che si occupa del ristorante, molto gentile ed affabile. La colazione super, i prodotti sono tutti km0. Apprezzato il pensierino offerto a fine soggiorno ed anche il drink di benvenuto in camera.

Potrebbero introdurre lo strudel nella colazione.
