Great value for a single room with half-board in a nice lakeside hotel.

A very nice hotel in a lovely lakeside location. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable, with a very nice, spacious bathroom. The included dinner and breakfast were both excellent.

The room was a little small, but I guess that's not unusual for a single room. An extra pillow would have been appreciated. The room was not very soundproof, from both the corridor and neighbouring rooms. The wifi was spotty and inconsistent.

Check-out is too early (10am). Restaurant was not open, we has to drive to nearby village to get dinner.

Pięknie usytuowany hotel, przestronny pokój i łazienka. Widok z okna 😍. Bardzo dobre śniadania, kolacje rewelka.personel bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Pani Andrea nawet menu przetłumaczy na j.polski. Byliśmy w okresie gdzie temperatury spadły nawet poniżej -20C, pomoc przy odpaleniu silnika diesla nie oceniona 😄. Tak że nasz pobyt ⛷️był rewelacyjny, na stok dojeżdżaliśmy ski busem, bilety otrzymaliśmy w recepcji gratis👍 bus jedzie 8 min. Codziennie sprzątanie. Basen i sauny umilały relax po mroźnych nartach. Dziękujemy właścicielom i personelowi pozdrawiamy serdecznie.

Einzigartige Lage, das Personal durchweg freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Essen außergewöhnlich. Auch unsere Lola wurde herzlich aufgenommen.

Kleines Minus: die Straße zwischen Hotel und See, auf der nicht unbedingt die 60km/h Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung eingehalten wurde.

Posizione eccellente con vista sul lago da urlo, personale gentile, camere sobrie ma spaziose, bel bagno con ottima doccia. Buona/ottima colazione con uova preparate al momento. Ottima cucina con piatti sempre ben presentati.

Anche se ormai è raro da un 4* mi aspetterei di non trovare bevande calde preparate con macchine automatiche ma preparate al momento a mano, inoltre ogni tanto metterei nelle scelte del menù anche qualche piatto di pesce magari di lago o fiume

Alle Mahlzeiten waren köstlich, besonders das 5-Gänge-Abendessen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage des Hotels und das Zimmer mit Seeblick waren wirklich wunderschön.

Es wäre schön, wenn die Qualität von Shampoo, Duschgel und Lotion verbessert würde – hochwertige Produkte wären eine tolle Ergänzung. Außerdem wären Einwegprodukte anstelle von Nachfüllbehältern hygienischer und angenehmer.

Der einzigartige Blick auf den See und die Berge sind traumhaft. Das Frühstück war sehr üppig und gut. Jedoch das 5 Gänge Dinner zum Abend hätte einen Michelin Stern verdient. Genauso das Personal rund ums Hotel sind der Hammer.

Passabeler Urlaub im schönen Schnalstal

+ sehr freundliches, diskretes und hilfsbereites Personal + gutes Essen + gute Lage, mit dem Skibus in 9 Minuten beim Lift +wunderschöner Ausblick auf den Stausee + Kritik wurde angenommen, Wünsche wurden umgehend berücksichtigt. Tipp: Meran besuchen, Bella Vista ansehen

- Schimmel im Bad-> Haus hat ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem! Flecken auf den frischen Handtüchern Loch bei der Bettauflage - Parken ist sehr herausfordernd bei dieser Unterkunft. Sehr schmal befahrbare Zufahrtsstraße. Meistens ist die gesperrte Fläche so zugeparkt, dass man nicht mit dem PKW durchkommt. - Das Hotel ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. (Einrichtung) Das Zimmer entsprach nicht den Bildern. - Hallenbad schien nicht beheizt zu sein. (Nachsaison) -unangenehmer belästigender Gast (kann die Unterkunft nichts dafür)
