Great breakfast. Lots of choice. Good service. Dinner was always plenty and very diverse. Excellent spa facilities, very enjoyable. Skibus stops just outside the hotel. Ski lift areas also very good accessible by car. The staff has a great eye for detail with something special every day like schnappes tasting, or a special cocktail hour. Quotes that put a smile on your face, etc. Comfortable room with balcony.
Central heating cannot be controlled from the room, so it could become a little warm at some times. Although the heating did turn off late at night. Otherwise all good!

Sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer.
Im Zimmer gab es keine Minibar und es wurde am zweiten Tag auch kein Trinkwasser im Zimmer bereitgestellt.
Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, wollten aber am zweiten Abend à la carte essen. Trotz vorgängiger Rücksprache und Zusage wurde uns das Essen ganz normal berechnet und die gebuchte Halbpension wurde von der Rechnung nicht in Abzug gebracht.
Ganz schlimm ist der höchst unangenehme Geruch (Küche?), der im ganzen Hotel bis rauf in die Zimmer wahrnehmbar ist und zwar ständig. Da sollte dringend etwas unternommen werden. Man kommt ins Hotel und hat sofort diesen abgestandenen Geruch in der Nase. Sehr schade. Ein richtiger Absteller.
Auch waren zwischen 15 und 20 Kinder und Jugendliche im Hotel, die abends nach dem Abendessen im Speisesaal und in der Lounge viel Lärm und Geschrei machten.
Wer möchte abends nach 20h00 an der Hotelbar oder in der Lounge eines 4 Sternehotels sitzen und einen Drink geniessen ... inmitten einer Horde schreiender, spielender und gröhlender Teenies?
