Die Verpflegung, also Frühstück und Abendessen waren wirklich gut und reichlich.
Die Lokalität war für uns sehr gut, da wir einen Kurzaufenthalt hatten, aber die Bergbahnen
ohne lange Wege erreichbar waren. Preis/Leistung war insgesamt gut.
Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam.
Wir waren in der Übernachtungspension, im Nebenhaus untergebracht.
Das Zimmer war ganz ok, aber auch nicht mehr.

1. Location of the main building is just opposite to Rifflesee cable car (20m). From the side building (annex) it is 150-200m.
2. In the restaurant the quality of the dishes for dinner is above average level and service is good. Breakfast is also good quality. This actually saves the image of the place (see cons) and makes the overall rating 7 instead of 6.
The hotel consists of the main building with reception, restaurant, sauna. However we were placed in the side building (annex) which is 100m behind (looking from the main street) a bit uphill.
1. This side building makes a bad impression: unpleasant smell (spray against cockroaches?) at the technical (ground) floor near staircase. In the room (605) there was light smell of old carpets (and probably the chemicals used to clean it). The room itself needs urgent renovation. Although all equipment was functioning, the overall impression is poor: bumped corners (see picture), old carpet-floor. The room is dark -- no light on the ceiling, but only two background lights above the bed (one should be careful not to bump the head) and similar shadow-light near the desk (see pictures).
2. We were further disappointed by the fact that to use sauna we were supposed to walk 100m across the street (at -5C) to the main building and then back, which we found totally unacceptable and skipped the sauna. As a result we are left with the feeling that we paid for something that we couldn't use (I estimate that we paid 30 EUR too much). I also checked ones again the description of the booked room and didn't find any reference that the room is in annex or that to visit the sauna one is supposed to go there AND BACK though the open air at -5 degrees.
For the quality of the room and sauna story alone I rate this hotel as 6.
If you are still going to book this hotel and interested in sauna, make sure that the room you book is in the main building (this should stay in the room description) or ask hotel explicitly or you should pay somewhat less.

אנחנו היינו בפנסיון שנמצא מאחורי המלון. הרמה של הפנסיון נמוכה יותר, החדר קטן יותר. ארוחת הבוקר והמתקנים של המלון פתוחים לאורחי הפנסיון. התארחתי בעבר במלון והיה נפלא.
בעלים של המלון נחמד מאוד, חברותי ומארח למופת. ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת, מבחר גדול,

Gutes Essen. Gute Lage. Skibushaltestelle ganz nah.
Die Ausstattung unseres Zimmer ist sehr veraltet. Waschbecken im Zimmer. Die Tür zum Bad klemmt. Im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug.
