The facilities and food were incredible. Fantastic area for children downstairs and a stunning pool at the sister hotel which is connected underground. Each night we had an expertly cooked gourmet meal and their wine list was spot on.
If I had to be picky, the family room we were in had a few strangely placed stairs and angles which were a little hazardous. The property is in a great location for anyone who can ski - as the piste goes right past the property - however if you’re a complete beginner you have to walk up from both the kids ski area and the main lift.

It felt very safe for the children, the games room was great for them, they loved the pool. Our room was very spacious.
The rooms were very hot but with open windows you would hear the street. The dinner starting at 7 was a bit late for young children as it takes a long time to get through 5 courses. Afternoon tea was the same every day.

The hotel overall was fantastic. The food was so delicious and there was so much choice. The staff were so friendly and attentive they couldn't do enough for us. The facilities in the hotel are excellent there are ski lockers for every room and there is also a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna for all guests to use. It is in a neighbouring hotel but easy to access. The only minor complaint I have is that our room was supposed to be a standard double but was incredibly small and we had no space to move around. For the price we paid we would have expected a bigger room. On the plus side the bathroom with walk-in shower, underfloor heating and huge heated towel rail was one of the nicest bathrooms I've ever used.
The only thing I didn't like was the size of our bedroom, it was very small.
