Large rooms and lots of great storage. Nice and clean and good location. Had everything we needed. Lovely staff!

Perhaps a safe way to get down to the boot room as the slope could be quite slippy with ski boots on. Maybe needed another couch in the living area

Lovely position and really nice, modern, clean apartment. Well furnished and comfortable. Really accommodating staff too. Only there for one night on way through so didn't make use of all the facilities.

Finding the actual apartments was a little hard – possibly I didn't read the instructions properly – but Google Maps took me to the front of a very closed hotel, of the same name (the apartments are up and around the back). I doubt I'm the only person to make that mistake – maybe a sign on the hotel to help direct visitors would help? (if there was one we all missed it). Also check for cycle races on the road leading up the mountain – they close the entire road and there's no other way through, so you'll have a very long wait.

Good spa but mediocre in other areas

The spa area was excellent. Pristine and modern. Staff (when there were helpful).

On arrival there was no staff and we only met a member of staff when I called them about an issue. Didn't see them again all week. We had been 'upgraded' but the new room was not suitable for our group and meant that we had to carry all our luggage (+ a baby) down to flights of stairs. No lift. On seeing the room was not adequate for our group we then had to call staff to change and carry all the luggage back up the flights if stairs. Additional charges at the end of stay were unexpected. For example a fairly large cleaning charge but we only had one, minimal clean during our stay. Location is at far end of town up a hill (in case you have any access issues)

Great 2 bedroom apartmet, very short but steep walk to the slopes.

The location is good, very close to the slopes but it is a very steep (but short) walk up the driveway to the road and then a 30m walk down to the slopes. The walk back up the hill to the driveway is also steep. Our two-bedroom apartment was very comfortable for a family of 4 for two weeks, enough space in the kitchenette to cook evening meals. Bakery service was very welcome - even available on Easter Sunday! Special mention to Bertie on reception who was absolutely fantastic, so friendly and always offering to help, always available! Top man.

Beds are firm > hard but that's the way with Austrian beds.

A little expensive Some of the restaurants were reluctant to entertain our party of 9. We had to make sure we had a booking for dinner each night. Some hotels were reluctant to take bookings fir guests who were not staying within their hotel

Beautiful view, large apartment, close to the ski lifts and center

30 cm of snow on the steep driveway was removed only on request. This should have been taken care of by the facility by themselves. Friendly worker was very cooperative to help with the snow chains though👍

We had a brilliant time in Obergurgl and our stay at Gurglhof Apartmenthaus was very good.

Nadine was a wonderful host and the apartment was warm and well proportioned. The curtains were a bit thin and kept falling off the rail and the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable - but overall it was very good.

The location was probably the biggest issue - it's not that far out but there are nearer places, closer to the slopes, amenities, restaurants, shops etc.

Welcoming and very attentive. Cute apartment with all the necessary amenities.

Kitchenette was a bit small, so don't expect to cook complex meals. But it was well equipped - nothing lacking except for space
