Great romantic night away. Hotel room exceeded our expectations with the balcony and bath tub.

Great value for money and the fact that we had a balcony and a bath tub was a huge bonus. We really enjoyed out stay and will definitely be back next time we need a night away! If we could have the same kind of room next time that would be amazing.

If I have to find negatives, the red light flashing from the smoke alarm was a bit annoying and we had quite a lot of noise but we had a room directly opposite the lifts so this was not surprising and didn't bother us

Nice breakfast, tea and coffee machine in the hall, spacious shared areas, cool bar with a real fireplace, nice walk through the park to the city

Minor things really. - room is a bit old and worn out in places - one of the room cards stopped working multiple times - restaurant kitchen was closed when we arrived at 10pm (ordered takeout from the city so no biggie) - breakfast omelet had chunks of eggshell in it on the second day, and was empty and not refilled for a while on the third day - walking path from the hotel to the city had malfunctioning street lamps that were blinking on and off

The room is ok, but it was not clean, the sheets had stain,curtain with blood kind of stain, they gave us a room in the basement.

Great as a short stay

Finally a Bath as standard rather than begging to have a Bath or told cost cutting only showers in bedrooms in these chain hotels. Bath made my day …and helpful reception staff.

Good stay for our weekend away.

Huge open air parking, nice green surroundings, quick check in and out, very clean. Part of the team was really nice. Pet friendly, our dog could stay with us (but extra charges applied).

Room key card glitched twice; staff was helpful but it is annoying (card was not stored with keys or magnetic elements). No shampoo, just a multipurpose soap. Unfurnished balcony and only 1 real chair indoors. TV not casting compatible.
