Excellent for a BUDGET stay. FANTASTIC breakfast.

the room and bathroom were spacious. the shower gel and hand wash in the bathroom were of good quality. tv with plenty of channels in local language. EXCELLENT breakfast options. whatever you could think of - it was there. buffet style, you can pick and choose what you want and how much. even options like freshly squeezed juice, variety of toppings for pancakes, a really good variety of sweet and savoury stuff. everything in the buffet was really fresh and good quality. very friendly staff, and the hotel is very close to the motorway, very conveniently located and easy to find, which made it a breeze for us on our drive from the UK to Germany.

had trouble connecting to the WIFI network to set up the TV to cast. no USB or electrical outlets by the bed. there was a sticky stain on the floor by the bed, looked like coffee - we just wiped it with one of the towels, no huge deal. if you have a room close to the elevator you may be woken up by the noises.

Blessedly short stay.

There was a charging station in the front of the parking lot.

The room was minuscule. The first room they gave me had no airco but they readily changed me. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. No restaurants other than the modest cafe on the ground floor, whose menu was not interesting. I had to drive nearly a half hour to find anything I might want to eat for supper.

Convenient, clean, comfortable, and commended.

This was my second visit in 8 days, so I knew what to expect. Each time the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and all the facilities were good. The breakfast was varied, and offered both hot and cold food. Although it didn't affect me during my visits, there is not, as far as I know, any air conditioning in the rooms. On this occassion I stayed in a room at the back of the building, and there was no noise whatsoever. This isn't always so when you are at the front of the place. Even so, its comfortable and welcoming.

It’s extremely convenient being literally a minute or two off the motorway, with easy access to and from the area. The place is clean and the staff are friendly and courteous.

I been here about 4 times now and the traffic noise can be a pain. I thought it would be better this time, being put on the third, (top), floor. Not so, but at least they provided ear defenders ! The room itself was small as it was in the roof, the ceiling came down at unite an angle. Fortunately, I’m only 5’3” and banged my head just the once.

It’s very close to the Chaleroi airport. 12 min with taxi. Price :20-30 euro. Ask the reception.

The bed , food that’s was on the menu and the staff who worked the afternoon shifts.

1. Access to the airport and 24/7 front desk. 2. Front desk fixed the taxi situation for the morning.

1. Didnt have extra pillows for a family of 3 as the hotel was fully booked. 2. Communication prior to the visit, taxis to the airport are per car and its not a shuttle for more than 4 as suggested earlier.

Pleasant

The hotel is close to a road which was busy even into the early hours of the morning. The resultant noise meant it was hard to sleep, despite the provision of ear plugs. Everything else was fine. Comfortable, clean rooms although basic.

for a 3 star it was pretty decent and clean

only 1 me ever if staff seemed to have ruined it on our last night at the hotel, he was rude and talked to me like I was a child as I helped my self to the ketchup. it was just there placed in clear site for guests to use.

Just off the E42 very easy to locate.There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance.The staff are efficient and friendly. It is a budget hotel, great value for money , lovely buffet breakfast which commences at 4-30am.

Breakfast was fine,👍 but some products would be better if they were vegan products.

I made a reservation for three people, but for some reason they told me that you paid for breakfast for one person and you have to pay extra for two people.This issue needs attention. The room smelled of cigarettes.
